placed an order online at 1015 for pickup. in that I was able to order suggested theyd be open and able to serve. walked up and all the doors were locked. lobby hours on the door shows they’re open till 1100. after some kicking on doors and windows I was greeted thru the glass with the hand crossing the neck non verbal, meaning they were closed. I yelled thru the glass that I placed an online order and my food magically appeared. do better. no one should have to stand outside in the cold to wait on food they’ve paid for. and they got the order wrong.

I Ordered a spicy sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin After a 12 hour shift, I quickly took a bite out of it, and it was ham, I drove back around the drive-through told them about it, They took it back, put a piece of sausage on it, wrapped it back up In the same paper, they gave it to me in , and gave me the sandwich that I took a bite out of. I went inside to tell them about it, The lady on the front counter really couldn’t give a damn. It took about three minutes and she threw it on the counter and said there you go. The food seemed to be as good as any McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. The sesame seed bun from the Big Mac was perfect. The fries had a good crunch and excellently salted. It was kiosk only and this always annoys me. When our food was ready. They just yelled the number and shuffled it to the table. They left off all the drink cups including my coffee. There was no one to tell this too of course. I literally had to yell “excuse me” to get their attention. This is probably a great stop for drive-through, maybe.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would but 1 is the lowest it goes. Waited over 10 mins in drive through just to order. No one in front of us. Very rude when we were ordering. Didn’t tell us the total or anything. Just told us to pull around. Got up there she yells the total at me. Then hands me a drink carrier with 5 drinks on it. 2 of them had hair on them. I only saw 1 at first and asked her to please get me a new one that didn’t have hair. She rolled her eyes grabbed in and took it in the window. I’m pretty sure she just took the hair off of it and handed it back but the windows are tinted so I couldn’t see in. Then she told me to pull up for food. While waiting at the window that we pulled up to for our food she stuck her head out the window, looked annoyed and yelled “can y’all just pull around already”. I didn’t move, I was still waiting on my food. At this point there was about 20 cars behind me which caused the line to stop. Finally got our order and we were missing multiple things that we ordered. The food was cold. If you are passing through this town I would recommend to skip this McDonald’s! After this experience I will not be going back to any McDonald’s for a long time.

We swung by this McDonald’s on our drive from Atlanta to Chicago, lured in by the promise of quick comfort food—and in that department, they absolutely delivered. The food quality was surprisingly on point: hot, fresh, and just what you hope for on a long road trip.
However, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Right in front of the pickup counter inside the restaurant was a spilled creamer waiting to turn someone’s day into a slapstick comedy routine. Napkins littered the floor, and both the counters and beverage station looked like they hadn’t seen a proper wipe-down in a while.
Ordering seemed to be kiosk-only, which might rattle those who prefer a real, live human over a touch screen. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful once we tracked them down—so bonus points for good attitudes in a less-than-sparkling setting.
All in all, great fries, friendly faces—but maybe pack a pack of wipes and watch your step.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They didn’t have any hamburgers available, at a McDonald’s. After spending several minutes at the drive thru speaker my order was finally taken properly on the fourth try, I had to ask for my receipt at the pay window which was handed to me by a rude employee who seemed upset by my request. When I was at the next window I was given three drinks and two bags of food. No straws, no ketchup, no napkins were included. I had to beat on the window to get someone to come back, and told her I needed some napkins and ketchup, which she then handed over with a curt and rude manner and slammed the window shut and walked off. I had to pound on the window again to tell them I wanted my straws. When I got them and started to drive off, I heard her throw a little angry cussing fit. As to my sandwich, somehow, a deluxe crispy chicken with mayo became a spicy chicken with big Mac sauce and vegetables a whole zip code away from the center of it on a burnt bun. The fries were also old. All that after wasting 40 minutes in a drive thru line. Eat anywhere else.
