They have the self-Service Kiosks which tend to get very frustrating for folks, such as myself, who rarely eat fast food, because picking items and then hitting the back button erases your selections and makes you start over. Then, after finally navigating through it, finding the PAY button seems impossible. Maybe next time I’ll take a grandchild with me for help. The sweet girl at the front counter was much easier to deal with and had a much better personality. These Arkansas fast food restaurants are 1000% better than the ones in and around Memphis… Food wise AND Employeewise…

Ordered a double filet o fish. They gave me one that had been previously made and then stored for a very long time. The bun was so hard it was inedible. I had to throw it away because I couldn’t even bite through it. The. I was left with disappointing overly-soggy filets. Even the fries were bad. Basically, it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonalds.

Ordered big mac with no lettuce. They made the bic mac with no lettuce, HOWEVER, they also only made the bottom half of the sandwich. The top half was two pieces of bread. Husband sent them back to be made correctly. All they did was throw a hamburger patty on there. No sauce/pickles. This is the only McDonald’s where I have something wrong with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from there. If there were another option in the area, I’d go anywhere else but this mcdonalds.

McDonald’s in Marked Tree is a good place to go. But I’ve actually heard the employees putting down people who get disability checks. They were like oh it’s the first of the month here they all come like they don’t got a job. It made me so mad that I hardly ever go back there because they were laughing about it and thought it was a joke when it was really hateful

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Used my whole break waiting for food I didn’t even get a chance to eat because my break ran over waiting for my food

Don’t the road traveling and stopped in for a quick potty break and a bite. Food was typical fast food, but the staff was so warm, friendly and truly good hearted. Made a point to make it a stop on the return trip!

I visited while driving back from viewing the eclipse. I expected it to be busy, and it was. Despite being absolutely packed, they got our food out in just a few minutes. The place was also surprisingly clean under the circumstances. Management planned ahead and it showed.
