The service is horrible. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so my husband didn’t want to order on the kiosk machine. A rude young black teenager told him he had to order our food on the kiosk, walked off, and wouldn’t take his order. This was on July 21st, we headed to the WWE Smack Down, and we wanted a quick bite to eat. We had just gotten off a 2hr flight from Kansas City. What great hospitality. She didn’t have a name tag, and the manager didn’t say anything either.

Very packed through out lunch time. Lobby was full with local farmers and factory workers. The lobby was full of flies, no ice for sodas, ice machine didn’t work. Very warm as well in the lobby .

Very bad quality for a fast food restaurant. The tables were all dirty with crumbs and drink stains. The counter menu monitors were inoperative save for one. None of the food prep staff were wearing hair nets while working over food. Flies were present throughout the dining area. Despite ordering dine-in, staff served everyone’s food in takeout bags. The front counter employee, despite being on the clock was spending time scrolling through her phone.

My sugar was low so I went thru the drive thru and ordered a number 2 with no onions and n a sweet tea which is the quarter pounder meal. When I handed my card to the female at the window I asked her if I could get some ketchup please. Without a word she disappears…I assumed she was getting my ketchup. She returns and gave me my sack and I sd thank you. Again, she didn’t say a word to me. I proceeded to the Highway and once I’m able to I open the sack and no French fries at all or ketchup. I wish I would have had time to turn around n go make them get my order right, but I didn’t. Needless to say I’ll never return to this McDonald’s.

Worst service ever could not explain why my bills was what it was and when I asked about my drink I watched her poor it into another cup and hand it back to me. 3 burgers now cost $12 and taste like plastic not worth stopping anymore.

The girl at the drive thru window was laughing and talking while taking my order. Got it wrong, corrected it at the first window, was still wrong at the second window, had to pull up for them to correct it and the payment and it was still wrong!

Everything time we go here which is about 3pm we go through drive thru and always get pulled up to wait 5-7 minutes for a quarter pounder meal and happy meal. Defeats purpose of a drive thru
