Food and coffee were good. Service… I can’t say the same. I know as an employee you see lots of people a day, but as a customer I only saw you once… it may not seem like your doing much by smiling and say have a good day, it’s little, but it makes a difference. …and the opposite effect happens, it sticks with you through the day when someone is unnecessarily rude. I smiled and said have a good day and it was reciprocated with two girls in the window just starting at me. Same with the girl at payment window.
My boyfriend commented the coffee was really good and we’ll have to go back for there for our coffee… No thanks, I’ll take mediocre coffee and smile from elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Forest City, Arkansas. The food was delicious and fresh, just the way you expect it to be. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable dining in. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I look forward to coming.

The FIRST negative review I’ve ever wrote. I know for a fact this double cheeseburger has to be at least 3 hours old. Based on how crusty it is I’m thinking they made it 8 hours ago. How rude is it to serve someone who just got off work a sandwich this old? Since they served this food to me and I’m here. They wipe the tables with dirty rags. You can see the dirty streaks have dried. Think of your car when it rains and the wipers are old. It leaves a smear. The fountain drinks, napkin holders, straw/lid area are covered in splash from previous messes that also weren’t cleaned properly. To be honest, I doubt it’s cleaned more than weekly, it can’t be that dirty if it’s cleaned daily.

Arrived and used the restroom before we ordered. There was no TP in the stall. Went to wash hands and neither faucet worked. Walked out and mentioned it to my husband, and he said he knew why…because there was a lake of water in the men’s restroom.
Ordered our food. Two kids meals, one with bacon on hamburger. That never was put on the ticket, so he did not have bacon. My bacon mcdouble was the smallest sandwich I have ever seen at a McDonald’s. My son who had a kid’s burger said his looked larger. I had to agree. The coke from the machine tasted horrible, the Sprite was just carbonated water, and the second machine was completely nonfunctioning. Then, my husband’s quarter pounder with cheese…had no bottom bun. Since we ordered in store and left to get back on the road, we were unable to return to have this fixed.

The breakfast was good but my boyfriend didn’t really care too much for the steak biscuit. The bathrooms were clean but had a choking smell of bleach. The parking lot was a little dirty, needs to be swept.

I ordered on the app and upon getting to the mic, nobody answered for several minutes. I drove up to the window and after about 5 minutes did someone show up to tell me that it would take 30 minutes to make my order (3 regular meals) since nothing was prepped. She told me she’d wave me over when it was ready but after 40 minutes I went back to the window. The previous worker was long gone and I was told by someone else that my order would not be made since it was past the time for dinner (I made the mobile order WAY before breakfast started)- they had no plans of making my order of refunding me, and had let me sit there for 40 minutes just to tell me to figure it out on my own. Their attitude was not great and I really don’t like to leave reviews like this but if you have the choice to do so, I’d say travel 30 minutes down the road to the next McDonald’s to avoid this and you’ll wait less time in the end.

Just a quick bathroom break because all McDonald’s are usually clean. This one was not. dirty doesn’t even touch the bathroom. The sink should be white, but was brown with a gunky trail where the water runs toward the drain. Please get them to clean that up.

The person working the drive through sounded like they just rolled out of bed. Not friendly at all and almost felt as if they were bothered by having to take our order. Hard to understand as they basically just mumbled to us.

I bought food through the drive thru and they forgot my two snack wraps so I went and got it and they asked for my receipt and stuff so they gave my stuff and I was finna leave I pick the bag up it ripped the woman named Stefani gave me only two fries so I left I told my grandma and she told me to go back and get the rest because it was their fault so I went back and told the woman and she said she not supposed to give me anything back but she did and only one medium fries that I didn’t pay for so I left and now I’m writing this review for this rude woman and I wont spend anymore of my money there just ungrateful if u ain’t wanna work there don’t apply
