My large fry was half full. I understand they don’t pay the workers there much, but unless the person that got my fries was blind, they’re just negligent and didn’t care. Super annoying. I really don’t see any sort of excuse for this. It’s not like they’re short on potatoes at McDonald’s. If the fries weren’t $4 for a large, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal.
They weren’t busy either and we also got the food while we were inside. This is why I always have to check my food.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Blytheville. The food was good, the place was clean, and the service felt efficient. It’s a reliable stop I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Placed a mobile order for $39. Went to pick it up inside, was told they were closed at 8:15 pm but, they were filling other orders. I asked about my money back and they refused and would not make the food. Very rude and basically stole my money. Someone needs to do something about these workers and managers. i am so disappointed. Will NEVER go back here again. i hope someone from corporate reaches out about this. I am on disability and cant afford to just lose food or moneuy. The inside smelled like a dirty toilet in there as well. So disgusting

Overall the food was ok, however the service wasnt very friendly and the drink machine was broke. I asked her if their was any other options, and she rudely replied “Water”. The containers that holds the lids were also dirty, and the floor was very slippery.

I used the mobile app that automatically sent the order through drive through without asking or letting me select then after I inform them of the order they ask me for the code then make me wait while all other orders are processed they then inform me I have to get on the drive through line that is wrapped around the building or leave without my order I already paid for. No attempt to inform me how change the delivery to counter and to be honest the whole attitude was just uncalled for to begin with. If you don’t like your job and (judging by the extremely long wait times and complete lack of customer service ) aren’t any good at it, do us all a favor and quit.

Ordered my food missing the most expensive thing I ordered and then I try calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. The app doesn’t seem to have a way to report it at least that I see. And DoorDash won’t let me fix it either. So I recommend not delivering anything. And I also wonder how no Manager or anything is going to answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes straight.

It’s always an affordable fast food option. Conveniently located, but the curve it’s in can be dangerous when leaving the parking lot. It’s spacious inside. The staff is generally very friendly. The food is always fresh.

I visit this McDonald’s whenever I’m in the Blytheville area as it’s the only place in town that serves half-decent coffee early in the morning. The restaurant has undergone renovations and has a newer McDonald’s look to it. I typically order coffee with espresso shots and sometimes a latte too. Since I’m just ordering coffee, the staff takes my order and I get it within ten minutes or less. The coffee isn’t the greatest at McDonald’s but it will do in a pinch. There always seems to be police in the dining area eating in the early morning so it feels somewhat safe. Overall my go-to for early morning coffee, espresso and Lattes in the Blytheville area.

Saline County Experience
Stopped by this McDonalds twice in a three day span. Friendly atmosphere, great customer service, and fresh food. The lobby was full of locals that provided help with the area and were easy to converse with.
