Went to McDonald’s this morning because I forgot my breakfast went to the drive-through ordered what I needed plus a person on the headset when I got to the window where the lady takes my money she was on a phone call with AirPods in her ear in the drive-through line no I don’t know what I missed here or what kind of management they have, but this should not be allowed to go on in the drive-through line maybe a cook or somebody working in the back but not Lunch why is management not telling these people they can’t be on the phone during work hours Got to the next window and the guy that helped me was very nice. My food was hot and I was thankful that I was able to get breakfast this morning but being on the phone during business hours while helping the public just does not work.

I came after work so hungry and waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and this is what I got.. food NOT even edible!!! I didn’t know I ordered beef jerky on a bun, NOT ACCEPTABLE!! So wasted time, money, and gas for food I couldn’t eat and still hungry. Thanks a lot McDonald’s on McCain Blvd in North Little Rock AR!!! I have never in my life had a cheeseburger from McDonald’s that looked like this!!! If you guys cannot handle being open 24 hours and if you’re going to serve customers food that looks like this then you should just close the restaurant seriously!!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and when I got home it was raw! I just read the reviews on this location and wow this isn’t the first time they serve raw burgers. It’s time to call the health inspector that’s just nasty and I completely lost my hunger and threw everything away even my drink. That made me feel dirty and I don’t cringe easily.

Rude employees! I ordered the wrong burger and noticed it immediately. I let the cashier know immediately as well. She sighed and made head gestures, then let the manager know. The manager didn’t make eye contact, made 2 comments, “you paid, there’s nothing I can do”, and, “she did this herself”, before giving some money back. I dont know if the monies were correct because the receipt is not for the price difference. This is the point…I made a mistake and immediately corrected it but the staff are rude and lack customer service skills. Upon arrival the fries were prepared as if they were serving an army so needless to say, ours were cold . My husband’s Big Mac had mustard on it!? We won’t be back!!

I know McDonald’s is not top tier but this McDonald’s will get your order wrong 100% of the time. The majority of the people that work here will take the fact that they hate their job out on you. I guess the GM doesn’t care either because I’ve heard nothing but horrible things about this McDonald’s.

Ordered Food in the drive-thru, get to the window, and the lady told me neither one got my order, even though she repeated my order to me at the drive-thru. If I wanted my order that I would have to drive around and go back to the drive-thru and reorder! That’s unacceptable! Why can’t I get my order at the window? There’s about 6 cars in the drive-thru! I’m not doing that again. That was very poor service, in my opinion!
