A real one. Other places closed down when the snow hit and was piling up, but not this one. They managed all the cars lined up around their store and even gave us happy meal toys from their past stock. Everyone was polite. Everything was correct. Everything was delicious. Well worth the line waiting in the snow.

I think the staff here is some of the friendliest that I’ve ever encountered at a McDonald’s! They are always so kind and courteous.
one time I went through, and the drink machine was down, which was not their fault! They handled the whole crisis situation with calmness and courtesy, Despite people being rude to them. I love going to this location bc everyone there seems like they enjoy their jobs!

Absolutely horrible. We usually come to this one and we don’t always have a problem. However the last two times we have gone through the drive through they have said they were out of sweet tea. This was at 6pm. When I asked if they were making more they said nope we literally don’t have any at the store we can make. The girl at the window gave all kids of attitude and said that’s not my job! So I asked if I could ask the manager since it would be their job. He came to the window and he was not very helpful or very respectful. He said they had a delivery truck today but they didn’t get sweet tea. (Yeah right)

This whole time I’m talking to the manager the very unpolite little girl in the window was verbally bashing me because I was griping about sweet tea and was being very rude

I’ve been in the hospitality industry for years and customer service and this locations owner/managers should very ashamed and embarrassed of how their employees are acting. If I was the manager she would have been fired but instead he didn’t say a thing.

Horrible thing working the drive thru… First window chic was great.. 2nd window.. that thing was rude, nasty.. she’s lucky I had to be at work.. stop tolerating that level of low hanging fruit

I already called McDonald’s and then they put that message down there. They’re not trying to do anything to rectify the problem. This lady was horrible. I needed to go and get coffee like I do every morning but I’m not going back to this location ever again.

I had a mobile order, so I decided to go in and request a fresh quarter pounder w/cheese. I asked one of the managers. This man looked at me and stated “They are ALWAYS FRESH” and walked off and continued to do what he was doing. The quarter pounder was not as fresh and the fries were not so fresh. I rather drive 20 minutes away to receive great customer service and spend my money with another restaurant. I will not purchase anything else from this McDonald’s.. As a manager, lead by example! Poor Service!

I just went to this location this morning with my sister to get coffee as im here visiting from out of state. 1. I could hardly understand the girl at the drive through menu it sounded like she mumbled EVERYTHING. Then she did not know the difference between a iced mocha coffee & a ice mocha, i ordered a sausage egg & cheese bisquit & my sister ordered a coffee as well. We get to the window to pay the lady at the window was just rude. We get to the window to get our food, that lady talked so fast & basically threw our food to us & made us pull to yet another to wait for extra sugar. OH and let’s not forget i also received the wrong breakfast sandwich as well. Avoid this location or go at a different time to avoid the 3 irritated ppl working in the morning.

Visited this McDonald’s on November 17, 2025, and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Mocha Frappe at the drive-thru and was told twice that it wasn’t available. To confirm, I placed the same order through the McDonald’s app, and it went through without any problem. I picked it up inside within minutes.

This kind of inconsistent and dismissive service made me feel very uncomfortable and unfairly treated. There is no reason a customer should be denied an item that is clearly available. It shows a lack of honesty and respect toward customers.

I strongly recommend others to visit a different McDonald’s location where the service is more reliable and respectful. This store needs major improvement in staff attitude and customer communication.

Ordered a triple cheese burger which REQUIRES at lease 3 pickles. Had none. Got extra onions. Had none. So tired of this. Only giving 2 stars because the food was warm, which I feel is the bare minimum.
Edit: I went back and I’m changing my review to 1 star because the service is absolutely terrible. I asked for a triple cheese burger meal with extra onions and it was raining so it was hard to hear. The guy over the speaker puts my order on the wrong screen so I can barely read it and asks me over and over again if that was all for my meal, and I asked if he had the extra onions added and he very rudely said “yes extra onions, anything else on your meal??” And when I said no he rudely said “ok.” Didn’t tell me to go to the next window or ask me if I wanted anything else or even tell me my total, so I was just sitting there in silence before pulling up to the window. The ladies at the window were nice, but the guy speaking to me was not. Will definitely keep my business at the Jacksonville highway McDonald’s.

I’ll never order at this location again. My coworker graciously agreed to pick up food for myself and another coworker. When she returned, we realized they left out my other coworker’s order. After going back, she was told to pull forward and wait. They then told her she would need to return tomorrow to make it right. The shift supervisor, Brandi, got frustrated and threatened to “cuss her out” if she didn’t leave the window and slammed it shut.

I’m shocked this is tolerated. I’m thankful for Mrs. A, who stopped to listen and fixed the situation. I understand people have bad days but there isn’t any reason for this type of behavior.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too I’ve been to a lot all over the country and this is hands down the worst. 90% of the time my order is missing 40-90% of what I ordered when they can actually all my items correct the items are never right having sauce that’s not supposed to be on it to obviously 3+ hour old fries at 4pm. I drive and extra 15 mins just to go to a different McDonald’s whenever I feel the need to eat at McDonald’s save your money and go to a different McDonald’s these guys are nodding out in the back or something
