Went through the drive-thru ordered a Big Mac combo. Had to wait a while for my food. Then when I open my Big Mac there was no meat on the Big Mac. Just lettuce, special sauce, cheese, lettuce and the bun. The fries were cold and I won’t go back

My friend and I placed an online order to pick up through the drive through. We get to the second window, worker didn’t say a word to me. We didn’t get one of the orders because I assumed after being handed one bag and having the window shut that I had gotten everything. On top of that I ordered two PLAIN burgers and both came with everything on it.

The chicken sandwich I originally ordered was cold and very dry, it looked liked the oil in the fryers have not been changed for quite some time. I Ordered a different chicken sandwich and again got the same thing. This has been by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. I will NOT BE COMING BACK!

How better can a burger get? My husband swears this is the only way to eat a burger. Anywho, sometimes we have issues with attitudes from the cashier over the speaker and/or windows but the last two times we haven’t had any issues and our food was made correctly. (Shocking, doesn’t happen often) so a few changes were made from my last review and that helped this location A LOT. good job McDonald’s! And good job Ms Jennifer (branch manager, I think) and good job those at the Corporate Office for addressing all issues directly and quickly.

I waited for apple pies which I was told would be ready in 2 1/2 minutes which turned into 7 minutes, so I finally had to get out the car and go in to get them and they had totally forgotten about my order! Needless to say they were hot and fresh! Just hated how long it took to get them!
