The best bqpounder i ever had! The workers were all working together in perfect sequence. I could tell that everybody there cared about their customers and what they did. Day after christmas away from family to work is tough but i really appreciate you coming in to serve!

I was running behind for work due to a parent-teacher conference when I stopped at your store to grab food. I placed my order and requested a large size, which was confirmed on the screen. I paid, gave the cashier instructions to keep the receipt, and proceeded to the drive-thru.

At the second window, I was directed to the third window. When my food came out, it was not the large size I ordered. The first employee I spoke with was very kind and attempted to correct the issue. However, a second young employee came to the window, asked for my receipt, and then claimed the smaller size was what I had ordered. I explained that I had requested a large, but she insisted otherwise, gave me a dismissive look, and ultimately closed the window on me.

This forced me to drive back around through the line, which delayed me further and caused unnecessary frustration. When I finally went inside, another employee—who was very courteous—assisted me and refunded my money.

As a supervisor myself, I understand the importance of professionalism and treating customers with respect, even when there is a misunderstanding. It was disappointing to encounter such rude and unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, particularly in a customer service role. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience the same treatment.

This is the worst McDonalds, management does not care. Customer service is nonexistent and don’t make any customizations to an order, they won’t even bother reading the order. Spent $50, none of my order was correct, no sauce, no napkins, I was shorted chicken nuggets also no ice in the drinks. Called to make manager aware, she didn’t even apologize!

Awesome crew smiling and happy. Very fast service. Inside is very nice and relaxing environment. Me and my coworker love sitting there and relaxing on our lunch break. Great selection of music play and it is quiet enough in the restaurant you can have a conversation or listen to the music.

My husband got a refill on his coffee while we waited on our order of two chicken biscuits. That’s how slow they were. The employees were moving about as fast as the sloth on the movie Zootopia. I thought at least the chicken biscuits would be hot & fresh, but they were lukewarm at best. The employees were friendly at least. Be prepared to wait.

Typical McDonald’s location with the full menu that other locations serve. Went during breakfast hours and it was surprisingly not busy for the time. I placed a mobile order and my food was ready relatively quickly. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good too, didn’t taste like it had been sitting around a while. Nice restaurant and not bad at all.

Drive Thru lady was rude when I asked for one extra sweet and sour sauce after she didn’t even fill up my large or medium fries. They also can’t be bothered to say hi or even look at ya when handing you your food. Thank goodness I’m just passing through and don’t have to deal with that garbage.

Wasted 5-10miles of gas live in tuckerman, I placed a order for breakfast before they stop, 1 sausage egg chesse biscuit 1 bacon egg chesse (rewards), got there at 10:30 on the dot at drive thur and was told we cant serve you were now serving lunch, was told i would be refund (probably not rewards) but thats not why im mad, im mad because i already placed a order which should have been made
