I waited in line for about five minutes, which was completely fine. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger looked like it had been sitting for at least an hour. I didn’t even try the burger because of how unappetizing it was. I only had a five-minute drive home, so this was not due to travel time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning

We were heading back to Illinois from Arkansas on Thanksgiving Day. Most of them are restaurants like Burger King, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Subway, and all of them are mostly closed. But luckily, we found that this sister was open, so we had lunch. Thank you. At the same time, I request all McDonald’s to keep more vegetable items for bagging people, and if you guys can keep some Halal items, it would be perfect for Muslims and other people. Everyone can eat it.

This McDonald’s has the friendliest, most outgoing staff I’ve ever met at a McDonald’s. Everyone had a smile on their face, they were quick and efficient, and they looked like they thoroughly enjoyed their job. The restaurant is immaculate–they keep it exceptionally clean! When I pulled into the parking lot and saw that the line was wrapped halfway around the building, I thought it would take forever to get my order. Nope–they had it ready in good time. They are very well organized.

I was on shift with a client and we stopped to eat. I spent my last 10$ till I got paid the next day on lunch. Only for it to be canceled and told it would be in my account in 24 hours. Now I am hungry and my client ordered his food from same app and he got his food the fries were cold no salt, the burger had so much sauce on it to cover up the crusty patty that had been cooked too long. Now it’s 10:35 in the morning this will be the last time I go there. Thank God for the WENDY’S down the stree.

Stopped here on a long drive so I was eager to get back on the road as I had at least 6 more hours to drive. The bathroom had poop all over it, on the floor and walls of the womens bathroom. Literal children were running it. My order took about 30 minutes which is crazy. They forgot napkins and ketchup. Service was rude I had to come inside to request ketchup and was ignored. All lights were off in the parking lot. And to top it off our order was wrong and cold and burger meat was hard

We came in to this location at about 8:35PM on September 7
walked in stood there for 5 minutes and 3 workers walked by without even acknowledging we were present. One was leaving the restroom and was on his phone, one was on break and one was working his tail off in drive through. The two that I guess were on break walked by us and to the back of the work area and just acted like we weren’t there when one came up front and walked out to the parking lot, he walked back in AFTER we walked out mad. We didn’t use the kiosk because we were paying cash. We got no service whatsoever, not a ‘we will be there shortly ‘ , ‘can you use the kiosk’, or ‘sorry we are shorthanded ‘ we got totally ignored. The poor guy in drive through was working hard but still could’ve said SOMETHING. We went to Wendy’s up the road and had a whole lot better customer service there!

The app says you close at 12. I got to the drive thru at 10:58. Sat there for 2 minutes. The order screen went back, so I figured they turned the lights off. I drove up to the first window. And sat there til a cook came over to mop. I honked and he opened the window I asked him if they were closed cus the app says 12 and he went to get the manager (long brown hair, big eyes) she came over being rude saying they closed at 11 I explained to her that I was at the speaker at 10:58 and they were not closed yet because it was not 11. She said “well we already threw away all of the food”
Whoever the manager was on night shift working on 1/5/2025, needs an attitude check and talk from the boss.

This is consistently the worst customer experience of any McDonald’s I have ever visited. The lobby is frequently full of disgruntled-looking people waiting for food. The staff isn’t necessarily “rude” in their interactions, but it is incomprehensibly difficult to get the attention of a human without sounding rude yourself by yelling into the kitchen at the entire staff of people facing away from the counter. Your only other opportunity to reach someone is the millisecond that someone actually turns around to throw an order onto the counter, no doubt without whatever beverage or cup should have also been included in the purchase. Food sits, cooling on the counter until somebody eventually shows up to retrieve it, sometimes several minutes later. I don’t think anybody working here is being intentionally obtuse, or lacks the ability to do better, but rather seem to be making up for the lack of staffing to properly operate the front of house. The food is otherwise adequate, if not less than fresh. Somehow the lobby stays relatively clean in spite of anyone to really pay it any attention. I just think ol’ Ronald would like to see some more smiles, but maybe it doesn’t matter as long as he has someone to run the money to the bank.

Embarrassing how unprofessional and chaotic your night crew is. Employees on phones, manager threatening to strangle other employees. No hairnets, personal food on counter. 930pm on a Thursday. Feel bad for the manager on duty, the staff just runs over her. Front counter girl completely clueless
