They sometimes mess up my order. I always order a caramel macchiato, but sometimes I get a caramel latte. Both drinks are made similarly, but I prefer my caramel macchiato because I can taste the espresso better. When I get a caramel latte, the espresso flavor isn’t as strong. Some of the staff there seem kinda rude, and the service isn’t terrible but it could be better.

By far the worst service I’ve gotten at this location. This is our local McDonald’s we go here many many times. This one experience is the reason we will not be back! My son ordered a 6 piece happy meal and there was a hair in it and he ended up choking on it. I called up there and spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic about what happened and told me she would remake it. So I went up there the next day and the current manager that was there assumed I was lying. He was hateful and very rude definitely should not be in customer service or a manager. I told him I spoke to a manager and he asked “who did you speak to” I said “idk she didn’t give me her name, but I can show you that I called McDonald’s yesterday” he proceeded to say “you don’t know who you spoke to?” And looked at me as if I was stupid which than just really set my nerves because he made me come in to get my food and get out of the drive thru line which was highly unprofessional. I have never had to do that with any mess ups. I have worked in customer service/food for over 15 years and this man succeeded the worst service I have ever received by anyone.

Had buckets all over in the dining area also the floors in the bathroom were wet but no wet floor signs were up.

Just tried the bagel egg and cheese. Just because it’s shaped like a bagel does not make it a bagel. It was awful. I tried to just eat egg and cheese but no salt on egg and American cheese slice not melted at all. No flavor at all in whole thing. It was almost $20 for our order. I could drink my orange juice. I will not order again. I’m just done .

I hit the drive-thru for a drink only. It was quick considering it was at the height of the 5 o’clock hour.

This location is usually on point with food and customer service. Today was different for me. The meat that is used for Big Mac is the same meat for all the small sandwiches according to the manager. So why would anyone pay for a big Mac here ?! The quarter pounder meat was not a quarter pound. It was the meat that should be used for Big mac’s….it’s a. Scam to save on food cost. Shame to short the customer !!!!

We are just passing through Arkansas while on vacation and decided to stop in for a quick breakfast. All the employees were extremely rude, they completely messed up our order and then said they couldn’t correct it because they didn’t have anymore breakfast items. We ordered all of our food before breakfast was over. Worst experience with a McDonald’s while traveling. I would not recommend this one if you want what you actually ordered.

I went thru drive thru. Took 2 orders in opposite lane while telling me two wait. Their prices are unreal. Breakfast burritos meal doesn’t even come with hash browns any more. Went to Wendy’s!

Awesome experience! I needed warm/hot milk for my toddler and instead of having to order a Carmel macchiato with nothing in it the manager (I can’t remember his name!) Heated a jug of milk and put it in a coffee cup!

Zero Stars-
Went through the drive-thru to get breakfast for our family- 2 meals & a sausage biscuit. We were asked to pull up after paying & receiving our drinks- okay, no big deal. We waited over 10 minutes, and 3-4 cars were backed up behind us.
One of the workers came out with 3 different bags, no order labels on any of them, and asks us what we had and starts RUMMAGING through all of the bags with her bare hands, only for our order to not be there (crazy how labels would have told her that so she didn’t have to dig through 3 different bags, touching everyone’s food).
It’s been 13 minutes and our toddler was getting fussy, so we pulled into a parking space right in front of the pull-up area (my car is bright blue & very hard to miss). My husband goes inside to ask about our food & waits in line. There was one person ahead of him, waiting to order.
The same server from before comes back in from outside, she says “I don’t know, the guys with [our order] drove off,” and starts pulling out the food & eating it herself, even after my husband said “That’s what I ordered, I’m standing right here.”
We went to the McDonald’s in Haskell (on our route) and got our breakfast in less than 5 minutes. Will not be returning to this location.
