Twice in the last week where my food was sitting on the counter and I was waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes for it outside parked. Front counter has no clue about what their doing. Questions that are being asked the gentleman couldn’t answer. I had to get out and go in to get my food setting on the counter and it was cold. They need to train more efficiently.

First i wanna say… I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve gotten older and the taste of McDonald’s fries are just Horrible?!?! Does this happen to everyone? LoL
On to my review…. Every single time i get a Frappe I am stuck having to blow into my straw to unclog it from these massive ice chunks!! I SHOULD NOT have to chew my Frappe! I took a picture this time of what was left in my cup afterwards and just because i took a photo of my “Feature” burger that came with 2 tomato slices, lettuce, onion…. Well i got a slice anyways…Check out the photos!

We ordered two grinch meals, neither had the grinch salt or the shaker bags. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway, because the frys were too cold for anything to stick to them even if we did have it. Both the Big Macs were more of a big mess and thrown together.
The happy meal had no toy included.
We were missing multiple items from our order: an order of 10 McNuggets, 2 McDoubles, and our sauce.
The wrap looked more like a taco because it wasn’t even rolled up.
Literally every portion of our meal was sloppy and cold or missing.
Tried to call the restaurant on the number provided by the receipt, no answer. Called the corporate number and it disconnected after it instructed us to call the restaurant with the number on the receipt. Almost like that wouldn’t have been our first instinct.
We will not be back to this location or any other anytime soon if ever.

I drove in the morning I was trying to get a sausage egg mc griddle. They were two people working here they answered the phone the first time and after that they didn’t took the order. I thought Benton Mc Donald’s was better than that. It makes feel that just incompetent people work here. I should know better next time.

Shay is the worst employee this location has, if she’s working your food is late. Currently even though Shay is not working I’ve been waiting on a single coffee. The order was put in at 8:19 it is currently 8:55 and still no coffee. This location has got to be one of the worst in the entire company. I was told by the manager on duty that my phone had to be within three meters of the restaurant as I was actively in the restaurant, talking to her, with my phone literally in hand. So I’m cancelling my 30+ minute order of coffee. Great customer service here. Sadly I would have had my coffee faster with Shay. Pathetic location. Whoever the DM is for this location should also be reprimanded for allowing this location to be as bad as it is.

A simple lunch took 30 minutes to prepare, which I find hard to understand. The staff were incredibly dismissive and shirking responsibility. I guess I should just consider it a free meal at McDonald’s… I don’t care about those extra ten dollars.

The order taker was rude. I took a bite off of my spicy deluxe Mc crispy sandwich with no tomato. It was not spicy It was cold. My son went back in to get a remake of it, and they gave him the same thing, and then just this time It was unpleasing, and it was colder than what I sent it in I will not be going back it was not worth the 40 dollars we spent my food went in the trash

I don’t think the evening staff can read past a 1st grade level, if that.
My order has never been correct, I always have to have them fix something and this has happened several times now.
Just know if you order something without cheese, it will still have cheese. If you order “extra” of anything it will most likely come with none.
Then to get it fixed I’ve had to repeat several times what was wrong to the point where I have to take the modification ticket off and show them “no cheese” and take the burger apart and say “ticket says no cheese, if you look at the burger it has cheese”. It’s an allergy issue and they just get angry that they have to remake it.
