Nice new restaurant, very modern look. They have kiosks for ordering or 1 person at a register. Saw all the new equipment in the kitchen. Got food to go and was so disappointed. Ordered and paid for extra bacon but got no extra bacon. The biscuit was so dry. The cheese was still cold. New building, same old McDonald’s. At least the cashier was friendly.

It’s very clear gloves are not changed between items or orders. Two plain burgers, explicitly no onions. Somehow, throughout eating the first burger, I kept getting sudden bites of onion. Please change your gloves. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone’s allergic to something.

I am not a big fan of McDonald’s but I like their new chicken wraps they are really delicious my daughter likes to Happy Meals so I seem to spend more time than I like there I would recommend their chicken wraps to anybody as they were really good

Women’s restroom was out of toilet paper. Told employees and they said it has been out for a long time. they said they should put an out of order sign up, but they didn’t.

Stopped here Friday night on our way to TX. I went in to use the restroom and place our order. When I walked in people were bsing at the counter they acted as if they didn’t see me so I placed my order on the self check out thing. Now other then the family member in there visiting the store was empty a few cars in drive thru it took over 10 mins for them to make our food when I did get our order food was Luke warm at best and the drink was wrong! By far the worst service I’ve had in a long time I think the staff needs to be retrained on hospitality
