Went through the drive through and got a Sausage Egg McMuffin without the bun (allergies). I bit into the last bit and there was the hard crunch of eggshells. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location. I know people are busy and things happen but this has been a consistent thing lately. Hopefully they will improve on their food prep.

I finished working a 14 hour shift, I came home fell asleep. Woke up late really hungry after not eating the entire day, so I decided to order mcdonlads because it’s quick and convenient and the only place open nearby, I ordered 2 mcdoubles with no salt and medium fry no salt with 5 ketchup packets and 2 apple pies through door dash. My order was a complete mess. They sent me ketchup in a little chicken nugget box. You can’t possibly expect me believe that mcdonalds is out of ketchup packets,The fries were missing, the 2 mcdoubles had big mac sauce on them and looked like they have been sitting out for hours so bad the cheese on them were crusty. This is really disappointing and I feel played with especially since I spent 25 bucks on this. The workers should be held accountable. This is unacceptable. This was at the mcdonalds on grand Ave in hot springs ar.

I pulled into the drive thru at 11:55. I know they close at midnight but it’s McDonald’s and they usually stick by their hours as they are a HUGE corporation, not only in the US but world wide.
I was told they have NO FOOD! Nothing! Not one single item could they sell me as they were out of everything. Really? I doubt it! I’m in shock that this is an acceptable business practice. I won’t be coming back. I know that I won’t make a difference in the big picture but it sure makes me feel better. Lol! Whomever is managing this particular store should take a good look at the employee’s that are closing. This is very, very poor business practice. All out of food! Didn’t even ask what I wanted. Maybe, it was just a coke. lol!

The people are really sweet but the cook needs to learn out to season the burgers. Its overpowering and makes it nasty. Sometimes less is more!

No customer service followed by rude customer service. Fries were lukewarm. Ten bucks for a burger and meh fries: lesson learned. McDonald’s was not the treat I was looking for.

Nasty bathroom. No soap in men’s restroom. How are male employees washing their hands. No one knew how to put soap? Really?
The heavy set male employee had no idea what customer service is supposed to be. The female employee was unkempt and angry
New management is needed

This was already a small McDonald’s after the remodel it’s even smaller. It feels like a prison.Trash and food on the floor,dirty bathrooms and staff that looks at you after asking for help and ignores you.Getting ⭐⭐ only because food was fast but everything else was just plain bad. I WOULD NOT recommended this as a sit down place to eat. Either drive through or go somewhere else

My first experience at Mcdonalds in Hot Springs and let me tell you it was an awful one. I had the $5 meal order that came with a mcchicken, a second mcchicken, and a double cheese burger with small fries. First off let me just say the mcchickens a were fresh, but the cheeseburger Patty’s were dry, the fries were soggy, and greasy, they were barely luke warm like they had been sitting out for a while. When I called to tell them what they done wrong, the manager that never gave me her name was rude as hell, and demanded I bring the food back if I want a refund. Like that’s crazy your telling me to waste my gas coming back for something you messed up, and your throwing away, which I easily did at home. Mind you me, I paid over the mobile app which she said I should be able to get a refund that way, but honey, you said I had to come up there and return the food, and when I get on the mobile app to request a refund, there is no option to request one. Will not be coming back to this location, and will be contacting the corporate office. It makes me not even dare try another other location around here. Too bad they don’t have a zero star option.
