Not even sure what this is! It has a TON TON of onions on it! No other condiments! Absolutely ridiculous and they do not care to fix it at all! I don’t normally leave reviews but since the girl shut the window on my teen and won’t answer the phone maybe the owner will see this and hire better staff!

Went in to retrieve my online order. Not one employee greeted me nor asked me if I had been assisted. Finally, got my food and had to ask 4 times for my drink cups. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, large fries, a large Dr. Pepper. My friend ordered 2 cheeseburgers, NO mustard, large fries, and a large Dr. Pepper. Got to the car to eat, noticed there was mustard on BOTH of my friends burgers, the fries were cold and hard and most definitely were not the size of a large. Photos of my sandwich and “large” fries are attached. They are CONSISTENTLY terrible.

Absolutely depressing. Ordered sweet teas at the speaker and was not greeted with cheerfulness but the most depressing monotones ever. Get to the window and the women with braids (pink and black braids) couldn’t even crack a smile or a hello how are you. 2nd window lady couldn’t even acknowledge our presence. Absolutely horrible service and so depressing. Will not be back again

The McDonald’s in dequeen Arkansas sucks I ordered a breakfast on my app at 10:15 and I got on the speaker in drive tru at 10:29 and they told me no more breakfast when I know they are just throwing it away if you order food in plenty of time and show up before it is over national wide I can’t see how they can refuse to serve you that just not right

DEQUEEN, AR…Ordered 10 minutes ahead on mobile app, went through drive thru and was given drinks and told to pull in to pick up spot 1 to wait for our food. After 40 minutes and numerous others getting their drive thru order I decided to go in and find out what was taking sooooo long. They saw me at the counter waiting and just went back to what they were doing, until one lady finally asked if she could help me. Turns out they didn’t even know we were still waiting. When I say they threw our food together in a bag, I’m not kidding. Not only were we still missing a third of the order but the fries were all over the bottom of the bag. There’s always something wrong at this McDonald’s.

We went drive through. You know fast food and all. Ordered 2 burgers with fries. We waited to pay for over 3 minutes at the first window. No biggie. We were then asked to pull up at the second window. We politely denied pulling up as they said our food was only 2 minutes from being done. After we denied to pull up the manager came out. Politely asked us to pull up and our food only had a minute left. Nobody that ordered behind us had a ready order so we politely denied. Had our food service without a smile and no thank you. No option to donate to the Ronald McDonald’s foundation. I understand they have a time limit. I can’t tell you how many times iv pulled up and waited 10+ minutes. At this location. Disappointed in the service and care for the job overall from the employees. It’s no longer about the customer.

I was trapped in the drive through for about ten minutes, because of the bad design. Then, the frozen coke I ordered was delivered but it was terrible due to the mix being clogged I assume it was just a malfunction, but the two workers who attempted to get me my one item were very rude to me, so I decided not to bother complaining to the staff. I get it, it was a hot day and you were slammed. But don’t take it out on the people who are trapped in the drive through.
