The coffee, Frape, and other caffeine machines are always being cleaned about 8:15-10 every morning. I’d probably clean these on the evening shift. And don’t ask for soft serve ice cream, or a shake. They are too much trouble to clean, so for the last few years, they just tell you it’s down. I don’t know who owns this franchise, but the employees are costing you lots of money. The one in Fordyce is terrible.

This is probably the one of the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. If there were more choices in this town, I would never go back. I routinely attempt to avoid this place. There is zero customer service. I’ve received raw food on multiple occasions as pictured here and everyone is completely rude. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered on the app while sitting inside, the order was done, I go to the counter, and was asked what to replace my two frappes with. I only wanted the frappes, so I asked for a refund. I was told it’d go back on my card, it just cleared and is still the full amount I paid for the frappes and all, so I got nothing, and no refund. I have called over and over with no answer, and some of those times it said line busy. If I don’t get through by tonight I’ll be in touch with corporate tomorrow.

Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff and for a McDonald’s, this location had the best tasting Egg Mcmuffins I’ve ever had. Great shout out for this McDonald’s location! You all are doing it right.
