My husband and I needed hot coffee to finish our trip driving home. We usually order inside when we stop here. The cashier took our order and she asked if we wanted fresh coffee! Yes, indeed, that’s my favorite coffee. We waited a couple of minutes before our order was ready. The coffee came out as ordered, hot and fresh! The only reason for 4 stars concerning atmosphere, kids being kids. I usually make this establishment a place to stop because of the coffee and chocolate chip cookies. They have clean restrooms too.

The food was hard and tasted stale. The nuggets were hard and so were the burger buns. The meat seemed like it sat under a heat lamp for 2 hours.

Does this look like a chocolate milkshake, or something someone was getting wrong at first then changed it? I personally never get anything else in my milk shake other than what comes in it. I think you should ask a customer if they want whip cream or anything outside of a basic shake.

Normal I try not to rate places bad. After today if my kids want McDonald’s we will go to Timberlane or somewhere else. Placed a mobil order for breakfast at 10:08. I know breakfast stops at 10:30 but I pulled in at 10:20. Get to the drive through and the speakers aren’t working. So I have to pull to the first window. By the time I get to the window it’s maybe 10:35 at the latest. I’m told my order has been cancelled because breakfast is over and my money will be refunded. According to the number you call for McDonald’s the restaurant is responsible for refunding you the money right then and there. Will not return to this location again.

It’s McDonald’s. Food is what you expect. Something is always broken so you can’t get it (ice cream, or ice coffee maker) or they are out of it (like carbonation). No service really, and when someone has to do something they have an attitude.

I ordered through the app for a counter service order before arriving. My order was for me and 2 kids and the kids sharing a 20 piece nugget meal plus extra drink and a quarter pounder meal for myself. With only 1 person ahead of me in line when I went to grab our drink cups and no one behind me it should have been quick..instead the employee at the register before acknowledging me so I could ask for my cups started interacting and carrying on a conversation with another employee who then placed an order of their own.
Once I was finally able to get my drink cup and find a table it was quickly evident i would not find a clean table. So I had to get napkins with sanitizer to wipe down the least dirty one.
As 20 minutes past I realized people who arrived after me had started receiving their food. So I went to check on my order just to find out it was ‘ prepared ‘ but must have been given to another customer so I had to wait again for my order to be readied.
My fries were cold, and was told they didn’t have BBQ sauce.
We went inside because it was after the lunch rush and they were not busy inside.
This is ridiculous, if I would have been at a dinning restaurant where I customized my order I could have understood.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, I got my food in less than 5 minutes and the place was super clean. To top it all off the staff was super friendly and nice.
