The only reason they even get one star is because ONE lady taking the money was very kind. The customer service was TERRIBLE and the food was Inedible!!!!!! I use the app every where I go (and I travel for work) and have NEVER had an issue until this location. Then I couldn’t even get a frappe or a decent cheeseburger. I asked for no onions and I suppose I was punished because of that… I would NEVER recommend McDonald’s at all if this was my first visit to one and ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT go to this location ever again or recommend. Even to enemies.

I don’t know why anyone would eat at McDonald’s. I bought 2 meals of bacon egg and cheese biscuits and 2 extra biscuit sandwiches. The price was $22 and all I could taste was the biscuit. The bacon was as thin as a piece of paper and very little added. The cheese and egg had no flavor as well.

Order two cheesy jalapeño double bacon qpc meals so they didn’t have the jalapeños so I excepted the order anyway get home only one piece of meat on both burgers… call the restaurant and they refuse to replace both meals only replacing one sandwich as I stayed to the manager still refused after paying over $20 … unacceptable and I’ll never return there again….

Does this look like a chocolate milkshake, or something someone was getting wrong at first then changed it? I personally never get anything else in my milk shake other than what comes in it. I think you should ask a customer if they want whip cream or anything outside of a basic shake.

I was overcharged. Then, I accidentally dropped my empty “kiddie” cup that was supposed to be a medium. The clerk employee (who saw it all) didn’t even offer to replace the cup. When asked for extra sauce it was going to be. 80ç more.

They hours say they open at 5 am but employees are always late. I get there around 5:05am and they are still not open. One of the workers said give her 5 mins because she started up late then after five mins she said give her 10 or 15mins. I was like which one you need! But anyway I’ve been there around 5 or 6 times after 5am and they haven’t opened yet. Very unprofessional.
