Something is seriously wrong with the stuff this cooperation tries to pass off as food. Ever since my husband and I stopped eating from this restaurant chain, no matter which particular restaurant location we step into (we occasionally are sent here to pickup items for our food deliveries) smells HORRIBLE! I truly wish that I were exaggerating when I say that every single restaurant location I’ve stepped foot into stinks like human feces. Then, to make matters worse, the employees typically act as if they’re all having a bad day, so it must be the customers’ fault that they are so miserable.

Absolutely disgusting. I’ve heard from multiple of maggots in food, flies everywhere in the kitchen, etc. Before hearing all this, I ordered food at 10:15 ish at night after getting off and got home roughly 10:30. Started eating around 11:45 and started puking my food up for almost 6 hours off and on. Turns out it was food poisoning. Myself along with 2 others had it. Will never eat McDonalds again. Health inspectors need to go in.

Shut the Star City, AR McDonald’s down!!! The one star says it all and I wish I could give them zero stars. The question is when is the last time they changed the cooking oil for the french fries? Or better yet how are the french fries cooked at the Star City, AR McDonald’s? Are they cooked in the same way as the nuggets? The fries and nuggets are always terrible (always overcooked and never salted right) and I’ve had enough. I ordered the four for four chicken sandwich and I’m afraid to know what I put in my body besides the already unhealthy by nature fast food I was craving. The chicken sandwich had the worst after taste like it had been coated in hair spray or some other chemical before and after being cooked. I couldn’t pin point the source of the bad taste in the sandwich but I think it was the patty. It may have been the bread, mayo or the lettuce. Everything was terrible like before, I tried them for the second time because I figured it was just a bad batch the first time. The sad part is the McDonald’s here is one of the only fast food restaurants in Star City, AR and the only McDonald’s there. The pictures say it all, get ready to see nasty. There’s bad and there’s terrible quality food. The Star City, Arkansas McDonald’s is by far the most terrible quality food I have ever tried to eat.

Just went through the Drive-Thru about 30 mins ago and ordered 4 crispy ranch snack wraps………best wraps I’ve had in a long time. Give the entire night crew a raise, seriously. Great service!!!

Not all but for the most part, a lot of the employees are rude. Not only that, but food quality is horrible. I’ve worked fast food and our fries were so hard and I could tell they were left under the heating station for the fries too long! Customer service sucks as well as food quality. Really hate we are limited to fast food restaurants here in town, cause both are horrible.

The soda fountain needs to be cleaned or something, their drinks as of December 2024 taste like colored sewer water. Service was fine, but the drinks and the food quality has gone down significantly in the past few months. If it wasn’t for them being the only one of three fast food locations here, and accessible on my breaks, I wouldn’t even force myself to suffer through their sewage water drinks and plastic food. Do better.

Ordered on the app, get there to pick up my order and had to request my drinks as the worker shorted me drinks. Get home only to find I only had 1/2 of my food. Tried calling 4 times and got no answer. Drove back and the manager on duty tried to argue she knew I had all my fries, I literally had 2 empty fry bags and no fries in bottom of the bag. I tell her what all I’m missing again ( nuggets and fries) only to still not receive all my order when she brought it back to me. Just gave up and decided arguing with her wasn’t worth my time as apparently she can’t count nor read a receipt. Food was also cold and drinks tasted terrible.

Took a while just getting my order in the system cause the workers weren’t trained correctly(still got it wrong afterwards),took forever getting my food to me let alone my 2 drinks, finally got my food to find out they put absolutely no toppings on my sandwich beside one pickle and the patty really?
