The staff here were so kind and generous to us. After we expressed a bad experience we recently had at a previous McDonald’s, they gave us some extra cookies for the road. If you’re passing through and need a quick bite, I would recommend this location. Management, please give your team lots of praise and love for their exceptional service to us.

Stopped in while traveling through the state. I’d suggest you go somewhere else, the food was nasty. Overcooked and cold. They forgot my kidmeal on a $60 order. Went to tell them and they acted like I was lying. Turned around a found my food on the counter. Horrible service and food.

Can I take that star back please? My family stopped in Dumas, AR (store number, 10180) while on a road trip. Not only was the store filthy, the customer service was on the level of a landfill. We was immediately told that we could only have nuggets or mcchicken, while two employees threatened to walk out and that the manager “could have this stupid stove and store”. Whilst dining on our nuggets that were over cooked, mind you they were hard enough to be considered deadly weapons in most states. Three employees walked out during our visit, agreeing with others still on shift that they could leave the store dirty till tomorrow, in some form of revenge. The visit was one punch away from a World Star viral video.

We stopped at this location last week when we were traveling through to get to little rock. There was a bit of a line, but nothing crazy. My husband initially forgot to order a double cheeseburger, so we decided to add on at the first window. When we got to the first window, we asked to add on the double cheeseburger. We got told no, because “they were in the middle of a rush.”
I worked fast food for a good 10 years, mcdonalds included, and I have never seen a store tell their employees to not add food at the window. I understand being busy, and it being a *slight* inconvenience, but double cheeseburgers take 30 seconds top to put together.

I hadn’t had any breakfast from McDonald’s in so many years and I really used to love their big breakfast! So I ordered one..but to my surprise the hotcakes was extra to be added to the meal hmmm..that’s a new one to my surprise ..but overall I really enjoyed the breakfast!
