This place was trashed, understaffed, they were only working the drive through and 3 to 5 orderes made at the counter waited over 30 minutes. To get food. One person got their food Cold. Customers were getting out of hand. The store should have shut the lobby down if they can’t serve both the drive through and lobby. Especially during travel season on thr interstate you would think management would have a better handle on staffing. A.P. looking at you buddy!

Last night the service was impressive enough for me to stop and review about it. They blew my mind on how quickly they delivered my order. I pulled into the parking lot opened my app placed an order immediately drove through the drive-thru they directed me to a spot and within 2 minutes my order was in the car and my kids were eating. This does not happen very often but it did last night and I want to give them a shout out for that lol

Truck driver here, came to this location on an evening shift. Ray Kroc is probably rolling over in his grave right now. Cold food long wait and teenagers just focused on conversations instead of the front counter I’ve noticed all across America if it’s teenagers or just people in general that don’t want to work the front counter just leave and save your money the experience is going to be horrible. Ima start off by saying..DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME! food was cold, terrible service its like front counter people are not priority compared to drive thru, the store was absolutely disgusting, its bad that the only fresh part of your 25$ purchase is the soda, they need to rethink the staff they have on board and the manager needs to do better all I seen where children running the evening shift. Absolute disgrace of a fastfood establishment.

Sitting for 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for food and nothing…they’ve severed 11 drive through cars…that pulled up after we’ve been here. The self service console doesnt work, but they dont tell you and laugh while you find out at the end you just wasted all that time. Had to pay at the counter. Waiting this long for McDonald’s IN THE LOBBY is inexcusable. No apologies and finally when we get it FOR HERE…its packed to go. Wow.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! My family was passing through town while traveling and stopped for dinner. We ordered four meals. After waiting for 30 minutes, we finally gave up and left with an incomplete order. The food that we did get was cold. The restaurant was not well-kept. Every trash can was overflowing. Customer service was non-existent. We saw several people give up and leave during the time we were there. I DO NOT recommend this McDonalds.

Avoid this place. Locally owned and operated? Sad if true. Sinks in neither bathroom work. No toilet paper in women’s. Urine all over the floor in Men’s. No ketchup. No Dr. Pepper. Manager ignored me when I tried to get help. A failure of an establishment.

Every single person gets put in a wait spot. They don’t ever serve food from the 2nd window it seems. Ain’t nothing “fast” about this food. I had to drive up to the 1st window just to order. The speaker didn’t seem to work or they didn’t know I was there to take my order.
