I really like this mcdonalds for breakfast. Everytime I stop there on my way to campus my breakfast is always hot. I love that. I hate going by other mcdonalds and getting cold hashbrowns and burritos. At this particular mcdonalds my hasbrown and burrito are always hot and the burrito is always wrapped the way it should be, there’s no extra tortilla that does not have egg amd cheese and mix in every bite. The drive through is clean from debris and the employees at the windows are nice without attitude and do not mind getting you the extra sauce you ask for. Truly appreciate the hot breakfast.

Pleasantly Surprised!!!
We stopped by here during our trip back from New Orleans. Absolutely clean McDonald’s with nothing unclean to be seen. A lady greeted us and asked if we needed help while we were ordering through the self service kiosk, which we appreciated.
The food was excellent . Great Service .
Overall, very much recommended.

McDonald’s was clean and Maya was quick to take my order. 3 mocha frappe and 3 McCrispy chicken sandwiches. Order came out perfectly and we enjoyed it as we continued our drive across Louisiana.

Win at lunch on a very short lunch break because it was so close to my job. I ordered for me and a co-worker and the order that I received didn’t even resemble what was on the receipt and the receipt didn’t even come close to resembling what I actually ordered. And after waiting in a line that was long enough to make me late back to work they had the audacity to still make me pull to the side and park in a spot to wait for the food. Mind you it was two burgers, one fry, and two drinks. Not rocket science.

Young woman with tattoo on her neck in her late 20s decided to get an attitude with customers in the parking lot. Her job was to deliver food but she started yelling at cars that she decided weren’t placed a few feet appropriately. She didn’t wear any name tag and wasn’t interested in giving her true name. She told me to, “Go on then.” I’m not sure what it means, but it was said ugly. I don’t recommend eating food prepared with hands you can’t trust. We waited for over 15 minutes and we had a nasty bag from the counter set on top of our food inside of another bag. The food was contaminated.

I hate the fact that when one orders through drive-thru you’re never told that there will be a wait on your food until after you’ve paid. They will wait until you’re at the pickup window to have you pull up and wait for almost 10 to 15 minutes.

If I could give no stars I would’ve. The first time I went in this same night my order was simple at least I thought. No mayo no mustard. Nope a glob of mayo and mustard and cold fries. I go back no mayo no mustard…. Got the no mayo right still mustard at this point I don’t want to give send my burger back through the window, fries hard as a rock and close to burnt. So this is what I came up with. Throw the top bun away and the fries too. Twice in one night on the same order!!! Oh my burger wasn’t even cooked throughly.

Dirty tables, floors, drink station. No toilet paper. Huge drive thru line. So we went in to order. Manager yelling from the back. Customers lined up inside too. This was not a peak mealtime. Many customers starting to get frustrated. Just all around unpleasant experience.

The bun was very dry almost stale and the burger was overly seasoned with salt. The fries were barely warm.

this MackDonalds’ location is okay, but hawever, it was corrupted by IHOP nearby, which slowed down the Serveece and the loading of the food, although it was Descktop Frendly, the “We Will Be Pleased To Help Any Customer Needing Assistance” sign is not visible to me, because at Flaschback McDonald’s on 507 MacArthur Drive, it’s actually visible, I hope this McDonald’s gets better Serveece, and even makes improvements to the restaurant
