We drove thorough Oak Grove today and stopped at this little McDonald’s. Even though it’s smaller than most McDonald’s restaurants, we found there was more “heart” in the people who work there than any other restaurant we can recall visiting. Their Christmas spirit just blew us away. Great memory!! Thank you to them for making it special!!

Got there around 10:20am on a Sunday. Waited in the drive thru for awhile, the menu rolled over from breakfast to lunch at 10:30. Okay, fine, we’ll just change our order. We finally got fed up and drove off at 10:45 after our order wasn’t even taken. Others in the other lane drove off as well.
Unsure if they don’t have enough workers to handle the place in a timely manner, but even a “Hey, we’ll be with you as soon as we’re able” would have been better than the 20min radio silence. We wouldn’t have bothered to wait if this wasn’t the only fast food place for miles on our trip.

We had 2 separate orders…long story short they messed up both order…only good thing was the Lrg Dr.Pepper. Oh!Yeah!! Not a single napkin and how does 1 pack of ketchup work with a lrg fry?

So this is my second review bc I forgot I had already written one. The first one is at the bottom. Order is always wrong, staff never repeats or knows my order when giving me my bag and look around confused as if they aren’t sure where they are. Food is cold, entire order including drink was wrong. Wish I had negative stars. Oak Grove has always been a failing town but it gets worse and worse. 2019
My order is never right. I went twice this week and the entire order was wrong on both. I stressed so hard exactly what I wanted in the nicest way but they got it wrong 100%. The cheese is never melted and most the time my food isn’t warm. 2017

I’m from out of town and I come to visit family and the food is always fresh here, atleast when I come. There is a manager I believe who works here, older woman, medium blonde hair with glasses. She had such a great attitude and was very helpful when the coupon code wasn’t working correctly.

It’s gotten to be horrible!! Never get all of your order and if you luck up and do get it, it’s not cooked all the way.. My husband went for breakfast this morning and got a big breakfast with hotcakes and he didn’t get the hotcakes or syrup or butter and 2 little over cooked pieces of bacon,
not even strips, and the chicken biscuit was not fully cooked and it didn’t have the cheese and pickles on it like ordered. It’s ridiculous to pay for food you don’t get or can’t eat….
