This lady needs to be fired, she was giving everybody hell. Told everyone she wasn’t accepting order for the next 15 minutes. I then get to the window 30min later and she told me I had to cancel my order because they was on lunch now when she had already seen my order 45min earlier and didn’t have a problem.

Has to be the worst McDonald’s in America. As is every fast food restaurant in Shreveport I’ve been to. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes the person at the window only said “what’s your order again?” I answered, she plops the bag in my hands and closes the window. Not a thank you, have a nice day or sorry about your wait. Dont get me started on my previous visit. Awful lack of pride in Shreveport.

This McDonald is horrible I was at the drive through for ten minutes and no one spoke to me.i think pulled to the side and tried to get it curbside ten more minutes later and 20 after my small order was just being started on I just left. The only way to get my grandkids dressed for school is to order Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddles® Meal (without the eggs). Wish they had Sausage and Cheese McGriddles with a hashbrown as a meal because these kids LOVE THEM! I usually order online the night before, they have always had my order on time, bright and early!

When I visited this location, I encountered a very disrespectful young lady in the Drive-Thru. After I requested a meal from the Value-Meal selection that was advertised on the menu, she stated that it wasn’t available. So, I ordered something else from the menu. However, after I paid for my meal, she stated that I had to wait 10 minutes. When she told me this she was very rude. Due to her bad attitude, I didn’t want to accept any food from this person. So, I walked inside to ask for a refund & this is when this disrespect young lady started making very rude comments about me. I could have stoop to her Ignorant level but I refused, remained professional and waited on my refund. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. No professionalism & Mgmt won’t correct Ignorant speaking employees when they are disrespecting customers.

My experience at the North market store in Shreveport Louisiana was very terrible I ordered no salt fries was asked to pull down and wait they said they will bring them outside I did so I was waiting about 10 minutes before I called in the store and ask them what was the matter the person still did not bring them out in a timely manner the guy that brought them out was very nice he said that he had just gotten there and they were good I counted at least 10 cards that passed me as I was waiting there were behind me who ordered after me I will not pull down at the request again or I will tell them to I will pay out today give me my no salt fries

This was the only McDonald’s within 120 miles of me fully participating in the Genshin Impact x McDonald’s collaboration.
This went so poorly. This was the first time I’ve gone to McDonald’s in two years. The only reason I went to here was because of the limited time exclusive merchandise. THEY HAD NONE. The crew wiring was not even aware there was a national collab even happening. Thankfully, we at least got the in-game codes by email, so at least we got something out of it side from indigestion.
We ordered in the app from the parking lot, but still had to wait 25 minutes before the food was even ready. And it was subpar, even by my memories of McDonald’s low standards. That surely was the greasiest, overcooked and cold “McCrispy” sandwich to have ever existed. Surprisingly, after such a long wait the food was still cold. Like not even warm, just cold. Fries were mushy and soggy. No idea what they were doing back there, but it wasn’t cooking.
I was tempted to just throw the entire meal away. I did eat it, mostly due to morbid curiosity. It tasted of burnt pickles and salt. Which is weird cause I ordered my “sandwich” plain and dry. Can’t believe that it cost me $12. How has this company not gone out of business yet?
The only good things I can say was the place was at least not very busy, so dining in wasn’t that bad. Interior was very clean. Kinda makes me wonder what was happening that took so long since there were less than 5 customers the entire time I was there.
Oh well, it was at least better than having to drive all the way to Tyler to get to the next closest participating McDonald’s.

I expect most McDonalds to give you a messy burger with cheese not placed center and ketchup leaking out. This was not the case. Food was put together properly and quickly. Hard to find a Mcds that puts the burger together like it’s supposed to. Good job
