By far, the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Not only the worst McDonald’s but the worst fast food place I have ever dealt with. I sat there for 45 minutes. Had to go in get my food and still waited an extra 15 They couldn’t even pull up my mobile order anymore because I had waited so long they literally had to make my meal in front of me because I waited so long everyone was rude again the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to they seriously need to close this location. Is it so much to ask for somebody to be able to work in the food service and not be incompetent. Only gave a one star because I couldn’t give zero.

Maykayla at the Drive Thru window is such a joy. She is always so helpful and friendly. She is such a great asset to the McDonalds on North Market. My day always starts off great when she works the drive thru. And she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Thanks Maykayla for being a sweet person.

Staff are incredibly rude and slack off all the time. Customer orders are constantly made incorrectly or missing items. Now they are currently purposely not working on my father’s Doordash orders out of pettiness, even marking it as ready to pick up immediately despite the order not nearly being finished, and actively laugh and joke about it in front of my father as he waits for the order. Do not go here if you want good customer service.

Quite possibly the slowest worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Tell me why I go through the drive-through to get a single sandwich and then have to wait for 30 minutes before I receive the sandwich. Incompetent workers, incompetent system close the restaurant.

Worst McDonald’s in North Shreveport daytime crew not so bad
A little slow sometimes but alright nighttime crew absolutely horrible I drive a diesel truck. It’s pretty loud I order online. Tell them my code is a person with the mic start saying something that I did not say so. I say my code louder he gets in his feelings says why are you yelling cause you obviously didn’t hear me the first time so he purposely gives me a cold burger the cheese wasn’t even melted. Oh wow that hurts me. Enjoy a little bit of power there buddy. I gave the burger to my dog.

Horrible experience we are out of state and my wife was getting surgery so I decided to eat here. There was food all over the floor behind the cash register. My Big Mac had to much sauce on it and my fries were very cold. They had no iced tea out so I had to get it from behind the cashier counter by them and it took them 3 times to get it right. The first one was with ice, the second one was not sweet and the 3rd one had no ice and sweet tea like I ordered. If I was the Owner of this McDonald’s I would seriously retrain the staff and get this place cleaned up from top to bottom or have Headquarters come out for a surprise visit. Something needs done here. It is a great location for lots of traffic and to make lots of money but not the way it is being ran now. The time I went was about 4:30pm only one other person was there and he was a employee eating. So sad I would have fired or retrained everyone if it was my business.

The employees were very rude and moved at a I hate this job pace. I ordered a combo and the young lady sat on counter and walked away. Didn’t even give me my drink cup. I stood there for another 3 minutes before anyone asked may I help you to get the drink cup I paid for. Then she slammed on counter and rolled eyes and before I can check my bag and ask for ketchup she walked off again. Had to literally raise my voice for some ketchup and as you can imagine that didnt go over well with her either. This younger generation of kids is something else? Why would you work in customer service with an attitude that you were forced to take the job? If they are our future I am gonna fend for myself. Sad day in America

We sat in a line 3rd car back for about 20 minutes where noone moved. Then once we got to the speaker then there was a car that pulled up into the other drive and got instant service to order. We ordered finally and then when getting to window to get food our food was cold and frozen cokes were fresh but thawed out cokes. The lady did not get us our milkshake and we waited for her to come back. Just for here to say what do you want and then rolled her eyes and had someone make it for us. Overall the location is going down hill. There is only 1 manager that does a great job there and if she is nkt there its a waist of business.
