Completely unacceptable. Did a mobile order. Went thru the drive thru, watched 3 cars order before they even addressed the second line so drove thru to talk to the cashier. Was then told to park in waiting line 1. Watched 7 cars go by without. Walked inside they haven’t even cooked the filet of fish. Was gonna be another 2 minutes after the 10 I have already waited and now NO receipt paper to give me a printed copy of my refund!

Usually this is the best McDonald’s in Shreveport. But I usually only go through drive through. I did a mobile order for the first time and no sauce. I usually don’t ever do mobile orders. So I go inside. There was a gentleman in front of me which they took care of. Then a mobile order walked in the door and they spoke to them first. Even though I was already at the counter smh took ten minutes just to get some sauce after waiting 20 minutes in the line.

Went through the drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a spicy mccrispy meal plain. She told us to hold on. We were the only car in line. Then had to repeat the entire order. She still got it wrong and the mccrispy ended up with nasty, greasy, melted cheese all over it. And it tasted like the whole thing had been dunked in pickle juice. And they gave us no napkins. As someone who has worked as a waitress at a time in my life, this was an easy order. Should have been no problem. Terrible service and food.

Indoors is catered to speed these day. It’s clean though. The service at McDonald’s has gotten better and the quality of the food too. Their menu’s are more varieties. Overall a great place for fast food.

The urinal was leaking all over the floor. We ordered one kids male chicken nugget that took 20 minutes to get done. Do not recommend this McDonald’s at all.

The service at this establishment is terrible, even when ordering food through the touch screen.
The front counter staff member displayed the worst attitude and treated me with apparent racial bias, making me wait for sauces and straws with an angry demeanor, while serving every other customer with a smile. Despite being polite, the wait for refills was excessive, leading me to express my frustration.
I asked to swap my Coke for Dr. Pepper, but the swap took so long that my kids finished eating before it was completed. When I requested a refill for the kids, it took 5 minutes and 28 seconds (yes i started timing it after it being ignored for at least a minute) to get it. Fortunately, a drive-thru employee notice how bad i was being treated and came over, apologized for the delay, and promptly completed all three refills in under a minute.
