I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, I typically go to another location, but there’s ALWAYS an issue here. One time, I came in the morning and the doors were locked even though it was well after opening. Myself and two other folks wasted time. Then today the place lost power, but only McDonalds in the whole plaza. So frustrating because I couldn’t cancel my breakfast order since it was “already in progress” so I couldn’t even place another order elsewhere. There was an unhelpful lady with an attitude at the window; this place is honestly the worst McDonald’s in town. They need to get their act together.

If I could rate zero stars…. I went here on my lunch break and waited almost twenty minutes only to be completely ignored. When someone finally came to the counter, she didn’t help me. She went straight to another customer. I actually thought I’d be in and out since I used the kiosk to order but after twenty minutes of not being helped, I just tore my ticket up and went elsewhere. It’s always something going wrong with this location. Your order is messed up, the food is cold, customer service is lacking, you name it. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

5 cars plus myself tried to order through the drive through but no one would take our order so we all just pulled off. We drive around to the front and looked inside and all the workers were just texting and laughing amongst each other. I never write reviews but I couldn’t just let this one go.

Very long wait. Girl was fussing at another girl and being passive aggressive for not going to the counter to do her job. Counter service piss poor, weirdly incapable of handing an order over the counter. Went through drive through. Very long wait, immediately thrown on hold, but very courteous after.

Short wait, hot food, correct order, still one of the few good Mc Donalds in BR!
This particular McDonalds always gets my order right, food hot and fresh and they’re fast. You’ll sit on Seigen lane for 45 minutes and the wrong (and cold) order, but these guys can do it in a quarter of the time and it will be hot and fresh every time. Ice cream machine isn’t always down. Only complaint is I think onions and pickles on a McDouble are tied together in their system somehow because when I order extra pickles they don’t give me any onions.

This particular McDonalds always gets my order right, food hot and fresh and they’re fast. For fast food it shouldn’t take 17 minutes with only four cars ahead of you, and ordering through the mobile app doesn’t help you anymore considering they take just as long to delivery at a stall number or even walk in, just close this store and let Whataburger have this location

The staff was rude and unprofessional during my visit. On top of that, I don’t understand how you’re McDonald’s but don’t accept or use the McDonald’s app. That makes absolutely no sense for a major chain. Overall, very disappointing experience.

If it’s not the old fries or old nuggets that I always end up getting. it would be something else. I pay for a large frappe and they didn’t even do they that right. Definitely going to the one on Burbank for now on. This one was just convenient but definitely not worth it

Will not be going back to this McDonald. Every time I go they either use all of my lunch time (30 mins) or either mess up my reward codes and take my points EVERY TIME. Do not recommend if you’re in a rush or using your rewards!
