Stopped by here on a weekday morning for a quick breakfast. I ordered on the mobile app and chose in store pickup. By the time I parked and walked in, my food was ready and waiting. The restaurant was clean and it seemed to be run well. The staff was friendly. I can’t vouch for other times of the day but the morning crew seemed to be on the ball.

Just the typical “broken ice cream machine complaint.”
I stopped by for a quick snack around 8pm before heading home. I went inside to order and use the restroom…. Well…. So I thought… One kiosks was up and running out of 4. I ordered an ice cream and a drink, got no receipt from the kiosk. But thought hey, it let me order it so the machine must be up and going…… HA, wrong. Anywho.
During my 25min long wait of disappointment, one of their own employees came from back “assuming on break” walks to the kiosk attempts to order food it doesn’t work so the employee decides to stand at the counter to order food. After about 9 minutes another employee comes to take the order of the employee on break.
As I’m waiting behind the employee on break to order his food, so I can ask the guy at the front counter the progress on my food, a drive thru worker walks out from the back to bring a customer in the drive thru their food.
The drive thru worker then asked what I ordered. I told her an ice cream and a drink, but before I could even get ice out my mouth, the famous words “the ice cream machines broken” came out her mouth. She offered me a milk shake instead but I refused as i was then very frustrated because I was allowed to order ice cream and waste my time standing there waiting for nothing. If the ice cream machine is down then WHY ALLOWED IT TO BE ORDERED… and why is there no one up front it’s like a ghost town.
The worker refunded me and I took my business else where. Also don’t go in there traveling through thinking you’ll use the restrooms. Evidently the homeless or something have ruined public restrooms at this location and they are locked.
These “new modern” McDonald’s are a joke. Corporate really needs to bring back McDonald’s roots. The place felt so heartless, and on top of that is was nasty, trash on the tables and floors, and not a single greeting from a real person. It reminds me of one of those 1-800 numbers you call and have to ask to speak to a real person 80 times.

Service is fast most of the time. I only do drive thru. A few times while going through the drive thru I was met with bad attitude and lack of patience. I’m told a lot of the time to pull up by the door because something isn’t ready or whatever and usually sit and wait at least 10 mins but a couple times almost 20 mins before I had to park and then go inside and see what’s going on. It’s usually that there is misunderstanding that no one knew that they were supposed to bring me my food. And when I get my food it is not in any way neatly put together. My burgers have a big clump of pickles and the condiments are only on one side and either in a big clump and got all over the outside of the bread or barely have any condiments on it but what is on it is still on one side. The burgers are misaligned along with the cheese. And the machine that is used for making frappès is usually being cleaned or not working along with the ice cream shake/ blizzard machine. The only reason I still go is because it is right by my house and the kids like to stop and get breakfast on the way to and sometimes from school. But there have been a few times where I’ve went through the drive thru and had a really great experience with friendly fast service but I always have the issue with the making of the burgers being messy.

Came through the drive thru on May 18th at 8pm. Got home and my order wasn’t complete. So I drove all the way back and asked the manager on duty if I could get everything remade for coming back. Instead she gave me what I was missing with an attitude. Very bad service.

I come here regularly for lunch and I order clearly this is the third or fourth time the person taking my order has rang my drink up wrong and the manager on duty told me don’t catch an attitude cause her worker rung it up wrong truthfully it sounds like incompetent staff and training and tbh I hope whoever it was that told me that gets walked through how to speak and handle customers correctly cause she was wrong. Plus they weren’t even busy there was maybe 2 cars including mine in the drive thru

This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Not only did it take 30min to order in the drive thru, but my simple order of a sausage biscuit meal was incorrect, and when I was instructed to wait at the drive thru parking spot I sat for an additional 5 minutes which the food runner came and asked what I had but never came back but then I watched 2 other cars receive their food after sitting for an additional 10 minutes. I decided to go inside after being fed up, which I wasn’t greeted at all and had to wait for the food runner to get someone to help me, even though everyone in the back made eye contact with me. There was no apology or attempt to make it right, in fact I was asked if I was just only waiting on McGriddle. I received a refund and will never return to this location.

This has got to be one of the worst mcdonald’s I have ever been to managers are a joke staff is rude waiting almost 30 minutes for my order. And when I did receive it, the order was wrong. I finally got the young lady’s attention and told her the order was wrong she walked up with a smirk on her face she took the bag and I told her what I ordered it was another 10/15 min wait I told them just give me my money back managers were not even apologetic for the incident if I could have given them 0 stars.I would have

Horrible customer service. I’ve been a patron at this particular McDonald’s for nearly two years now, and my experience tonight with the worker at the first window was downright disgusting. Needless to say, that was the last straw and it’s safe to say I won’t be back. Do better.
