Had a Horrible experience with the manager Dylan 7 am on 11/24 he was not able to help me with my order it was an easy fix and it was due to an issue with the app but instead of fixing it he told me I had to wait when I’ve been waiting in line . It seemed like he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying and chose not to help me with this matter. 0/10 he even tried to say I was using the same account and I showed him the name on the account and still refused to assist … DO NOT COME HERE IN THE MORNING . FYI im traveling from NC hungry and tired from driving …..

Worst McDonald’s ever. Rude and disrespectful. Attitudes were insane. Person in the window lost and confused. Wrong orders being handed out. It was already taking forever to get to the speaker. To then be told I will be right with you. Now waiting another 5min at the speaker. I had mobile order and took 15 to 20 min for the order. No apologies for the long wait, nothing.

I was in line so long today I was able to take advantage of two app rewards. That means I was there in line for 15 minutes. I hadn’t even paid for my first order from the kiosk before I was able to put my next reward. The employees themselves were hustling but they’re understaffed and that needs to be fixed immediately this is my third time trying this location I won’t be back for a while

Miss Diana I love you. Your customer service was amazing. The food was also great. I walked in and went to order at one of the screens and Miss Diana offered to take my order. I didn’t know what I wanted so i told her i just needed a sec and i wanted to look over the menu and that was no problem for her. After i ordered, she took the extra step to ask if i wanted any ketchup on the tray with my food. I was starting to pick up and she noticed i didn’t eat everything. she then asked if i was full and if i wanted a bag for my extra food. Miss Diana you didn’t have to do any of this but since you are a good person, you did. THANK YOU! Love, Tate

I came here last night to pick up my mobile order and when I came to the speaker , I was asked if I was using my app and when i answered, no one said anything so I sat there for 20 minutes & still no one came. I went to the 2nd window and whoever the manager was, she asked what I had and I had to wait even longer for someone to give me my food. The fries were overcooked and hard , I was very unsatisfied. I never had to wait that long for a mobile order . I would like a refund.

We first drove up to the drive through and no one acknowledged us or responded to our hello’s. Went inside and told the lady I did not think the drive through intercom worked & they lady did not respond. I asked for water and they said they did not have any. If they were at least pleasant I would have given a higher review.
