Just found a roach at the bottom of my fries! The worst part is because it was at the bottom, I had already eaten almost all the fries. I am mortified and completely disgusted. I called the McDonalds to let them know and they hung up on me. I wasn’t being mean and we weren’t arguing so I didn’t understand why the worker hung up. I just wanted to let them know so it didn’t happen again. Extremely rude.

The AC seems to be broken. The employees are working hard to keep up with demand, but they are awfully busy, both drive through are backed up and the inside is full. They’re doing an EXCELLENT job but the AC being out with young people working so hard without complaints and dealing with grumpy people is unacceptable. Valuzzo companies please address this.

I ordered my food at the drive thru and was asked to pull up and wait, they took so long that I had to walk in and remind them I was sitting outside waiting still, after they brought the food it was not the correct order. I went in to inform them when the girl got an attitude until I finally said just to refund me my money. This location needs to be managed and hire competent employees.

Why do we call this kind of dining “a treat”? Because it’s not. But that aside, my husband and I and our 6-year-old son hadn’t had any fast food for a pretty long time. Husband’s going right by on his way home, I’d been home being busy and our son was being awesome. Neither one of us planned the night’s dinner the day before like normal, meats weren’t thawed, and didn’t have it in us to try so, why not!?! Go ahead and get Mc D’S. Happy Meal-burger had that “been sitting under the warmer too long” quality. Fries-can’t judge because they were sadly cold and rock hard in the time it took to get home from there (10 min. in a DoorDash insulted bag)
My Double 1/4 was where my biggest complaint came from. One of my patties was violently overcooked and the other was, well, not. I’ve got weird phobia-induced OCDs when it comes to fast food sometimes. The husband claims to have eaten his order on the way home and since he doesn’t share my issues he didn’t do an exam before eating. Nothing happened to him so obviously it was fine. I probably would have been fine had I just eaten mine as well but, no. Does that not look a tad unacceptable to anyone else or is it just me and my phobia anxiety?

Ordered a double cheese burger, another burger (can’t remember what my bf ordered) both with large fries . Mine tasted overcooked and my bf said his tasted rubbery . (I don’t have pics to show) we also got a big tray of fries . Wake up in the middle of the night and I’m sick, and my bf has food poisoning . Never coming back . The only good employees is Drew F. and Elijah K. Both are top tier employees .

I had a problem with my order and accept that it was a simple mistake. I used the app and then did an add order at the speaker. I was only given my app order. I drove jome without checking it out. When I discovered the error, I called and the staff was very polite and cooperative. I showed my receipt and all ended well. Hooray !

McDonald’s on Florida boulevard in Denham is the worst place ever to go to ! Rude employees and even so she calls herself MANAGER she’s not any better than her so called employees! If McDonald’s had started out with employees and management this one has they would not have EVER made it!!! Need to fire them ALL!!!
