Visited on December 1, 2025. I ordered a Big Mac combo and a side of fries. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected—classic McDonald’s quality. The staff was friendly and efficient, getting my order out quickly even during a busy lunch hour. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating and easy parking nearby. Overall, it was a convenient and satisfying meal, perfect for a quick lunch. I’ll definitely come back when I need a reliable fast-food option.

Was super tired when I pulled up this am. I think i ordered the sausage egg biscuit meal with a medium coffee.

I don’t understand why McDonalds consistently hires the worst people but as usual it is evident this particular store hires the lowest level and lowest skilled employees who can’t do one of the most simple jobs in existence. The drive through guy was extremely rude for one and two I asked specifically for at least 4 BBQ which I paid extra for and wasn’t given a single one on top of messing up my order.

OK maybe I am asking for entirely too much but I’ll give it a try! These young people who are handing customers food out after purchasing it are SO!!! RUDE!!! I AM USE TO THE OLD McDonalds! Who ” Speak to the customers, Recite the orders back too the customers, !!!” These people who are working the last window handing out the food too customers just handing the food out as if they’re throwing it out of the window at you! Don’t confirm the order! Just plan old RUDE!!! Trust me I dont need no one to tap dance for me but I believe I am speaking for all customers when I say! Have Better customers service to us the customers!!!!

The McDonald’s on Rushing road is horrible.The young lady working front counter I get it was here first day someone should be working along side her to show her how to key in orders.District was sitting on there laptop in the lobby with a line of people standing at the counter waiting to order or receive there orders.The fries were cold.Come on now the manager or whoever I spoke said they had to take people from others stores to open the juban store that’s not an excuse.Its your responsible if you know your opening another store to have staff in place training ready to go . This is not a excuse.. Sorry get it together….

Didn’t get the correct order. When I politely asked for the correct order the drive thru lady cut me off instantly saying her manager was coming. Then proceeded on to tell her manager “the girls in my window come here right now” argued me down for 15 minutes before saying “to save the argument here’s your food”
