First time -They tried to give me a small frappucinno when I paid for a large.
Second time- drive thru. asked for no pickles but I got pickles piled high.
Tonight – asked for no pickles and got pickles on the oldest stalest cheeseburger ever.
Sweet tea was not sweet.
Got a root beer instead of dr pepper.
FRIES! FILL THE BOX UP! EVERY TIME THIS IS HOW THE FRIES HAVE BEEN! HALF A BOX!

We were traveling and this is right off of I10 and easy to get to. Service was great. We didn’t have to wait in drive thru numbered space. It was ready and served hot and actually quite good! We had the egg muffin meal. Order was fast and correct.

Updating because I got a call from the district manager and decided to give them another shot and again I will never be going back. Had to go back in to fix mistakes and then I’ll attach a picture of my large fry…. This was as soon as they handed them to me and no they didnt fall into the bag ….

Who did yall hire to work here? “2 hot & spices add cheese.” Somehow ended up, “1 hot & spicy add cheese and 1 hot & spicy no bun, no mayo, no lettuce & forget the extra cheese they paid for.” They must have hired former Burger King spies or the clown himself bc ain’t no way this was an accident. McDonald’s lmk if you want to refund me, I can send you the correct payment platform. Good one McDonalds ya got me!

They’ve only been open a few days & the ice cream machine is already broken. My two spicy chicken sandwiches & fries were ice cold when the were brought out to the table. The inside is incredibly small & there’s no more drink machine with napkins or straws sitting out. This was definitely an epic fail of an opening. I wont be back to this location.

Gave my mobile order to the car in front of me. When they remade the sandwich for me they didn’t make it correctly forgetting the bacon and lettuce. There is no phone number to call the location to inform them of their mistake. I live directly across the street from this location as well and my sandwich was ice cold when I made it home in the 3 minutes it took to get there. From a brand new location this service is extremely unexpected.

I went through drive thru on December 2nd 2025 around 6:45pm I ordered a fish meal but I wanted to try the grinch salt with my fries the ladies at the back that took the order couldn’t find the button to charge me for it so she told me to ask at the window .. so when I get up there my food was handed to me and I asked for the grinch salt it was a young Caucasian chick with long curly hair kinda heavy set (no offense) she said the grinch salt was only for the grinch meal I can tell she was lying cause her eyes gave me a look so when she said that I just asked for ketchup and that’s when I seen she just wanted me to get out her window she was being lazy cause her face changed cause she had to go get ketchup. I don’t know if she was a manager but I called another McDonald’s actually 2 and they all said the same thing you don’t have to purchase the grinch meal to get grinch salt … go figure …

Waited 20 minutes exactly. No exaggeration. One steak egg and cheese bagel meal and 1 breakfast burrito. Zero cars in drive thru and one customers inside who got their ice cream cone before I received my order. Even though I was there first. Some people would say ” use the app.” I gave up on the McDonald’s app after a past visit where the app crashed before I got to the McDonald’s. The staff couldn’t help me. Even though I could show the order on my phone. Both through their app and my bank account. I was so excited when this new McDonald’s was built. So, disappointed…. all McDonald’s have terrible service and crummy food.

I have been here since they first opened and have not had one single problem. Food has been fresh and hot in the drive thru and I really think all the people making negative comments are just trying to get a free meal. If you don’t like it then why do ya’ll keep going back??? Go somewhere else if you don’t like it! I will keep going back. Their icecream machine was always working when I went late at night. Again, I think people are trying to get a free meal. Ya’ll should be glad we got a McDonald’s on Juban road instead of having to go to Denham or Walker.

Absolutely The most horrible experience! Im starving havent at in two days of tooth he took out and had to go so a oral surgen & sent my husband to pick up my food! The fries are not cooked all the way! & when I call the lady is cussing on the phone at me telling me she cant direct to them. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AND ILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW WONT GO THERE!
