This location was very clean. The combo meals were gourmet fast food. You get what you pay for. The burgers are smaller but still good. Staff was professional and friendly. Fountain drink machine, as well as condiments, were not found in the restaurant.

Honestly it’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect much. But depending on who works or how the workers feel at that moment is how your experience will be. Mostly I have a decent experience order my food, pay, and get the food and be on my way. Sometimes they’ll make you pull up which I think is absolutely ridiculous. And if you order something, pay for it then get to the window to get that item they don’t have it because that whatever machine is down. But it’s relatively fast when needing breakfast or lunch.

Well of course the food is great like always. But what stands out about this restaurant is that they go the extra distance for customer satisfaction I’ve even gotten a extra fri because I had to wait a short time on my order. McDonald’s has found a home in Clinton Louisiana.

This Clinton location and the St Francisville location are pitiful.
The customer service is so terrible it’s almost like you’re being pranked. It is unreal. It doesn’t even seem to be an issue to management. They act as if their employee’s behavior is normal and acceptable.
A very low standard.
Their daily normal would have gotten someone fired when i worked at McDonald’s in the early 90s.

Update, this location just keeps getting worse, you used to be able to get breakfast at 5:15 5:30 on your way to work but now you lucky if she opens at 6:30 every time I come through it’s something, now her system ain’t up yet and it’s 6:36 a.m. smh I just don’t understand. This location is suffering bad in my opinion they need a whole new crew cause this is for the birds. We don’t have many places in Clinton to get breakfast it would be nice if we could get a McDonald’s that actually functioned correctly. The owners need to be more hands on it’s bad business. All I want is breakfast
