WHo would of thought this blue haired dreadlocked guy couldn’t get ONE part of my order right. I mean, they ask you- “Is everything on the screen right” and it was. The cook then reads it off the screen (I guess) and then this person just fills a sack with whatever he feels like? NOT ONE item was correct- even the drink was wrong. EITHER it was on purpose or this guy should never, ever be behind the wheel of a car. I am so sick of this location screwing up my orders I am done with McDonald’s. I will drive 20 minutes out of the way to Chick-fil-A. To think they raised the prices to give people a better wage and simple tasks can’t be done.

This place is trash. McDonald’s works walking around talking. After 10 mins. of standing at the counter, I was told told to use the self order or drive through. If you are going to get my order wrong anyway , I would rather give my order to a living person. McDonald’s has turned into a trash company, and these people prove it once again.

Had to wait for food and they are renovating which is a nightmare because it’s very tight space for cars some of the food was cold fries tasted like they were old and they gave me a Big Mac on a seedless bun since when does a Big Mac come on seedless buns ???

The drive- thru took extremely too much time. Then the orders were inaccurate. They gave me the wrong order twice. Both times, the crew person took the bag back after I opened it. That is unhealthy, unsafe, and unprofessional. They should have confirmed orders first, or let the contaminated orders stay with the customer, and accept accountability. This has definitely alarmed me even after a public health emergency. They must do better. I told both crew members that is wasn’t decent or proper to accept those bags back. I can t trust a restaurant that frequently practices bad service.

Pretty standard McDonalds. The seating was nice, with some decent options. The service was friendly and fast. They gave me a free refill on my coffee with no issues. Some have looked at me funny when I ask for the refill. These ladies were professional and polite. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.
