They tend to get confused when they are taking orders from the inside and outside drive thru lanes at the same time, so they will totally ignore 1 lane for 10 mins. Adding or taking off condiments will completely confuse them also. So please keep your orders as easy as possible. Oh, and please never expect your order to be correct or hot. Everything that comes out of this place is room temperature at best! Good luck!

This has to be the quickest drive through on this earth!!!
We both had special orders and I am not kidding you that first window was open waiting for us we pulled up to the second window and our food was ready
There was a steady stream of cars before us and every single one of them received the same amazing service we did
I’m not even kidding hands-down the quickest McDonald’s drive-through with the best food I have ever experienced
Kudos to the management and staff they do deserve some form of recognition
Just imagine think to yourself how great of service you would need to leave a lengthy review like this

I had an awesome lunch at McDonald’s today! Their chicken and fish burgers were seriously good. And the best part? The ambiance was so spacious and nice. They even had video games for the kids to enjoy. I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the mood for some tasty food and a great atmosphere. #McDonalds

Two days biscuits so hard you can’t eat them. Coffee so cold my creamer wouldn’t melt. Had to microwave it. Second day I checked the biscuits belfore I drove off and asked them to replaced the biscuits. Caught attitude for it. They were replaced with the same hard biscuits. It’s hard when your on your way to work and don’t have time for this or money for food you can’t eat.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that was just 2 chicken wraps 3 hot and spicys and a 4 pc nugget . Had mutliple people walk by asking what we were waiting on and never once mentioned to anyone that we were still waiting so we finally get inside to find out that our order was given to someone else . Manager completly ignored us a teenager working their was the only one who helped get the order fixed which is sad. Still missing a snack wrap and the sandwhiches were thrown together all messy .

I came here and walked to the bathroom which had a toilet overflowing with human waste. I then walked to the front to get a bottle of water. Two employees were trying to buy and sell to each other and when the system didn’t work one of them pounded on the machine and almost broke it. Needless to say I left immediately and would rather die from dehydration. Unless you want human waste in your order I suggest skipping this location and finding another.

I’m giving McDonald’s five stars for the food—it was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. The fries were crispy, the burger was tasty, and the overall quality was solid, especially for fast food.
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered through the app, expecting a smooth pickup experience, but I ended up having to make my own drink and stand around waiting with no clear communication. It felt like no one was really focused on getting the orders out efficiently. For that reason, I’m giving the service just one star.
As for the atmosphere, I’ll rate it a three. The place was clean enough, but there was a general sense of disorganization. Staff members didn’t seem in a rush, and the energy just wasn’t there. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it definitely didn’t add to it either.
Overall, great food, but the service and atmosphere could use serious improvement.

So we order at the drive thru window, pay and was asked to pull up and wait for our order. There was no one behind us and now there are 2 more cars waiting for their food after us. What is going on here??? We waited over 15 minutes only to have our food cold. We asked the young lady to get us fresh fries and she had an attitude and grabbed the fries out of my husband’s hands. Didn’t say one thing tonus and walked away. This is why I dislike McDonald’s. Never fails….. When you’re driving out of town you have limited options.

Did a mobile order for a happy meal with nuggets, a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. When we get there we’re handed the happy meal and told to pull up and wait. We wait about 10 minutes for the burgers, no biggie. Drive all the way home to find the nuggets missing from the happy meal. My fault? Should’ve checked?? Call the store and it rang for over 10 minutes before anyone picked up, was told to come back tomorrow for replacement. I get it; things happen but it’s just frustrating

Pitiful drive in service. Could not give order because young lady at register continued to interrupt my husband everytime he tried to order an item, saying “is that all, is that all”. It will be all when we say thats all. No ketchup on sandwiches as ask for, ordered plain burger just meat for our puppy, charged but no sandwhich in bag. $40.00 for thrown together sandwich with lettuce/Mayo half on sandwich other half in paper. Customer service is horrible and you want $15 hour When you can’t even put simple burger together. And that’s the good sandwich, wished I had too pics of all of it.
