It would be so nice if this McDonalds could ever get an order right! Door dash order directions are on the receipt as well as the store receipt…cannot remember the last time an order was completely correct! Come on McDonald’s…its not hard to follow directions! Or is it?

Was clean. People smoking weed in parking lot. Ordered dbl filet-o-fish got a single. Huge eye roll from front of house attendant when asked to correct. Smiles were non existent.

This is the 2nd McD location we stopped by on this Thanksgiving morning. The first location, service was horrible, caused us to walk out.
Service at this location is 5 stars. The staff was attentive and happy to help. The food was all right. My Egg McMuffin was a little dried, but the coffee was good. The dining area was cleaned, with plenty of seats. The restroom was cleaned and had paper towels, which is a PLUS!!!

Guy taking the order was either way too high for 10:30am or exhausted. We waited 20 min for our food, finally went in after 3 cars who ordered after us received their order before us. Turns out the dude taking orders misheard “fries” as “pie”. Ended up waiting 20 min for a pie we didnt order that takes 3 min to fry. Fries were cold, which was crazy for 10:30am – they just switched from breakfast why are fries cold? The burger was also cold, all the toppings slopping off. Manager on shift looked overwhelmed and had no control over the kitchen. I get that its mcdonalds, but damn.

Didn’t receive a receipt with our order number but used a table number but our food was cold by the time they finally brought it to us. Need to fix the self order machines.

This was one of the freshest and best McDonald’s burgers I’ve had in a while. It was served piping hot. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the meat patties where fresh and juicy. The burger was perfectly seasoned.

I asked for extra fudge and I get this on a regular basis and it’s normally some at the top and then some at the bottom. This time it was all at the top which gave me ice cream to drink and fudge to eat. Not to mention a huge mess. What ever happen to make the customers food how you would want your food made?? This was a waste of $3.

I normally don’t post reviews but I had a serious problem with this location. I ordered breakfast on the App at 10:06 and my husband waited at the drive thru for over 20 minutes and they said they don’t have my order. And when he showed them the order they said “breakfast ended at 10:30” mind you it was 10:34. I understand breakfast ends at 10:30 and that’s why we ordered before then. They were rude to my husband who is normally very chill about things. I’ve had issues with this location before this but this was ridiculous

I love their french fries and nuggets, crispy but not burn or dry them out. They’re just perfect and freshly fried when you order. The staffs are caring and attentive. I just wish they had playground or something for the kids.
