While dashing and picking up an order I noticed the bag was very light and asked about the drinks. I was stared down for a good ten seconds then they very slowly made the drink while giving me a dirty look. Dude, I appreciate my job and I’m good at it, find another career because customer service isn’t it.. This is normally my favorite McDonald’s too. Manager needs to have a chat with the staff

Stood in line for several minutes while employees just walked past me and ignored me. I was picking up a mobile order, and the drive through line was long. I was doing them a favor by going inside to pick up. They made eye contact with me several times, and just pretended I was a ghost. Incredibly frustrating. At least acknowledge that someone is standing there. Extremely rude to just pretend one of your customers standing at the counter is invisible.

I placed an order through the drive-through and asked for an egg and cheese bagel with no sausage. I confirmed this again at the first window, and the employee said he edited the order.
However, I still received a bagel with sausage.
I went inside and explained the issue to (what I believe was) the manager. She asked the employees to remake it with no sausage.
But when I got to my workplace and opened it, it still had sausage. This has now happened twice in the same visit, which is very disappointing.

Me and my family have always been to McDonald’s around Lake Charles visiting them, and the food’s always just a little warm or it’s been sitting out for awhile and just put into the box. We ordered fish filets everytime so it’s always nearly the same experience. At this location we waited 14 minutes- and a minute before my boyfriend was going to walk inside, but Ms. Sam came out and talked to us personally and apologized for the long wait and that our food was fresh and gave us two apple pies. She was so sweet and we’ve never had a manager personally come out and talk to us. WE APPRECIATE IT!

Large cups look the size of a medium. They so slow they have to put you in parking spots and make you wait for food. Sad that McDonalds has gotten so horrible.
