Forgot a burger I ordered. Went back around the drive thru and the girl didn’t even let me finish telling her what was missing before cutting me off to say “pull forward”. The pay window waved us forward. We then sat and waited for the car in front of us to get her order before we even got to the window and they figured out what we were missing. They had to pull us forward to start making it.
Why couldn’t they just ask at the speaker?? Ended up being here for over 45 minutes all together. Not once did anyone apologize for not giving it to us either.

Be sure to check your bags if you order anything extra and make sure you have utensils If you go through drive through, they don’t seem to be able to handle those tasks. Not my first time, just my first time complaining.

Kiosk and Staff are a Major failure at this location.
Ordered at the kiosk at 9:22am, grabbed our number assigned to our order and then sat down at a clean table we found. 10 mins pass and spouse went to check on our order.
Seems the lost it, ( how does that happen??? )
9:39 we started eating out food.
Yet there is a Franchise owner/manager right there having a meeting with another gentleman. Told him what happened and he tried telling me it was a disconnect. I told him no from the customers point it is a major failure.
You grab that number to bypass the counter.

In 2025 this is the best service for any fast food in Breaux Bridge. Man these workers never screw up my order and are very accommodating even when I place like two orders and use deals and do weird shit they never give me a hard time.
Food is good too but the staff is literally great. Shout out to the management and the employees and the franchise owner y’all are killin this shit around Breaux Bridge.

This new store is nice, like a Starbucks but they follow the global least number of employees policy, which is bad…. For example: To order, they stated we must order on lobby ordering computer screens but it was so complicated that it took 15 mins to never figure out how to order, then we called anyone to help and it still was a problem how to get what we wanted as he showed us general screens….. we almost walked out but decided to get anything on the screen and just sit down, too tiring. Also, in Danang store, the ketsup cups are flat and dont hold enough ketsup and are super messy….to solve this I would bring my own bowls or cups…. too complicated

By far THE best service at a McDonald’s ever! All employees were cordial and smiling. We were waited on right away, even though the drive thru line & restaurant was full. They took turns waiting on customers at the counter.. definitely deserves a 5 star rating! Since the kiosk concept started, customer service has gone down the tubes. Keep up the good work Breaux Bridge staff.

Clean and fast friendly service last time I ate inside of this business before the pandemic started.I have been going there every time I’m in town to stop for my kid for a happy meal for a milkshake. I personally have not gotten much off the menus beside a double cheese burger or an order of fries but everything was always good, hot, and fresh. I would highly recommend this business if your in the area it’s worth the drive even if your not in the area.
