Sat in the drive-thru for awhile waiting to order. Ordered 1 burger and fries. Paid at the 1st window and the girl at the second window told me I had to pull into one of the spaces where they make you wait for your order. A kid finally brought me my hamburger and fries and the fries weren’t fresh or hot and the burger is WAY overcooked and not hot. What was the reason for the wait? Pretty bad when the service AND quality is terrible.

I thought this was supposed to be fast food? Everytime I go there the wait is always at least 30-40 minutes and the food is never cooked all the way or hot. So what exactly is the point of making me wait for that long? And worst part is 99% of the time during night drive thru hours, the workers aren’t doing anything. They’re just standing there or wiping down stuff. This is not the time to be wiping down stuff when you have a line wrapped around the building.

They never get my order correct.
12/19 Visited and Manager was very helpful in placing my order from the app. Place was very overly and clean and bathrooms were very clean also. Customer lounge area is very modern and up to date. Have large flat screen TVs on wall for customer viewing.

I will forever be in debt to this mcdonalds, I am pregnant and was craving breakfast. My husband and I pulled in at 10:28am to find 2 idiots blocking the drive thru lanes waiting for lunch to roll around. When we got to the speaker we explained what happened and the workers were nice enough to let us order breakfast still. Baby is very happy!!

let me start by saying I am not a fan of McDonalds food. It is bland and is typically a last resort for me. This visit was a last resort but I have to say the Crispy Chicken Sandwich wasn’t too bad, the fries tasted old tho. I felt like it definitely needed more flavor but it was hands down better than that thing that McDonalds calls a Hamburger. I have never had anything at McDonalds that made me say “dear god I have to have another one”. As a matter of fact I typically end up throwing half of my meal in the trash. That Chicken Sandwich tho…If I have to resort to McDonalds in the future I won’t be too mad. I at least have that option. Maybe Ill start bringing some Slap Ya Mama seasoning with me. The drive thru experience was good. The ladies working were polite and worked at a speedy pace.
