6/15 Ordered a big break great and I get to my job and there’s no sausage and plus they added a biscuit which I didn’t order and then when I get to the window asked the lady for some grape jelly for her to say we already gave you a bag with syrup just ugly like she was going to be eating it. I would like a refund have my receipt train people that want to work.

Went through the drive through. Ordered to apple pies. They were both burned. Wish i could post a picture. You would be shocked to see that someone who was manning the oven thought that this was appropriate to serve to anyone.

This McDonalds is by far the slowest in the city of Lafayette! Their are a couple of nice employees which makes this place somewhat decent, but you can always count on them telling you to pull in a parking spot because it takes 10+ minutes to get a simple order! The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because of the few people in this establishment that are respectable, other than that, just expect to be in line for more than 10 minutes, and don’t go inside or else you will have to wait for someone to take your order!

Bought two big mac’s and a medium fry. Opened it and both burgers were dry, no sauce and no lettuce or pickle. Just bread and meat. The fry was basically empty, it looked like a small fry inside a medium box. Went back and asked for some big mac sauce on my burgers and a little lettuce. They only give me a dime size amount on both. Even with the manager present. Never will I do business at this location again.

I swear the order accuracy gets worst and worst. NO BOTTOM BUN!!! I called 6 times to get my order replaced and fixed response. I spent 13 dollars on it. I expect a refund.
