I usually dont share bad experiences but this is absolutely ridiculous. Waited for over 20 minutes for my food. Supposed to be fast food. Should not take this long. Manager had horrible attitude. Lobby full of people all waiting and all they worried about is drive thru. I get they have a time limit for drive through but seriously. A lobby full of people and no help. Then when I finally got my food they dropped it on the counter very aggressively and said here when I asked what was taking so long.

Came here for lunch and realized that when I pulled off I was missing A snack wrap and a large fry. (Classic McDonalds forgetting stuff.)
I spoke to somebody at the store and they told me that it was not a problem to come on in and they would replace what I was missing.
When I get to the store, after I had ran my errands for the day and what not, I was met by a manager, who seemingly did not believe me. He harassed me the entire time in front of other employees and other customers at the store, he told me that he does not give out free food, and that there was nothing in his manager “group chat “.
I would understand if I was asking for a lot, however, a large fry and a measly snack wrap is not something That is worth the hassle. I just won’t be returning to the store ever again.

Hands down, last night was the worst service at a Mcdonald’s drive through I’ve ever had. I pulled up immediately to the speaker to place my order with 4-5 cars in front of me. I placed my order within 90 seconds. From that moment until I was finally handed my food took over 25 minutes, and it was not because of large orders in front of me, nor my order being large. Also, the restaurant was not busy inside. The young lady at the window was silent and unfriendly. My order was simple. A spicy Mcchicken and a medium fry. The fries were not very fresh and barely salted. The sandwich looked like it was assembled by a toddler and mayo all over the inside of the wrapper. Now, after just looking at my bank online, they also over charged me by almost double. My order was under $6.00. Bank shows they charged me $11.15!! That will be my last time visiting this location.

Sitting here with my 9 year old son, listening to an employee cuss at and threatening other workers. Same employee had an attitude when he walked over to us to ring up my order. Then again when he had to bring the food out. Absolutely unbelievable. And extremely worrying.

There is something always unhealthily and disturbing going on. On one vist the manager was sweeping the floor then immediately started preparing fries for orders. Another time, the cashier finished taking my order went to the fry station and opened the small fry bags by placing her hand inside each one of them to widen the opening. I also witnessed a customer bringing her food back because there was a long string of blue hair in her food. I looked at all the workers and low and behold there was a female employee with long blue hair without a hair net.

Took forever to place the order and get the food only went there because it was the only thing open won’t make that mistake again I should have just come straight home don’t like eating in the car but my fries were already almost cold so I had to eat them before I got home so they wouldn’t be nasty will not be visiting us place again

Sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes. Both lines were to the road and not moving. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s to go to. It’s supposed to be fast food but far from it.
