Love coming to this McDonald’s! They seem to always be fast, friendly, and respectful! If I had something wrong in the past they re made the food without me having to be irate with em! They seem to be hard working people with quality in mind! Besides that I love spending less than $4 on a sausage biscuit, hash browns and a large coke! Btw love the beautiful flowers planted out front they look amazing even in the winter months!

Again today I wouldn’t really know what the atmosphere is like because again the door was locked when I went to pick my order up at 5:45 in the afternoon or the evening. But as always things are left out of the bag and you can’t go inside to retrieve your items because all of the doors are locked. It’s just frustrating because I don’t do drive-through because every then get screwed up so bad they stick for different meals in one bag instead of splitting it up like a normal place.

This location is always so pleasant to order from. I always get breakfast from here while dropping the kids off. The staff from the morning manager throughout the drive through crew are awesome and always smiling. Today I was feeling kind of in a funk, but the minute I ordered with a smiling tone and people greeting me so cheerfully. It really made my day. You guys are what customer service is and I appreciate you all!!

The food was good but the worker wasn’t very friendly and was very rude! Acted like she didn’t want to be working. As I was ordering and I had 5 people in the car, when I was taking the 2nd item she said, is that Allard started to say my total when I was giving my third order, is that all,bits like I could say it fast enough, is that all, it’s 13.43 then she said pull up and I wasn’t through giving her all my order! If she didn’t feel like working, she should have stayed home, and this wasn’t our first time dealing with her! She’s the kind of person that makes you not want to go back, and this was in Covington, Louisiana on Claiborne hill.

I’m giving this store five stars because of Mr. Danny Williams at the drive thru window. He is always very polite when taking your order and he takes care and makes sure to get you what you want even when I’m not ready and take forever deciding what I want to eat. We need more people like you sir that take their jobs serious. Give this guy a promotion McDonald’s Because he deserves it. Keep up the good work.

I travel thru pearl river often and have quit coming here because they always get my order wrong, they forget to give you straws and sauces. I always order a double quarter pounder combo lg with a LG sweet tea and an extra LG fry and tea. On occasion I have my grand kids and would get my combo and nuggets for the kids. We would always be missing straws, napkins and sauces. The staff is friendly as long as u don’t complain so we just went inside and got our own. This used to be a much better place
