It’s sad to see McDonald,s trying to save money on ketchup packets considering their prices. I got a basket of French fries and they gave me two packets. I asked if I could have more ketchup and the acted like it was a big deal and gave me three more packets. No wonder the place is almost empty of customers at lunch time.

Since McDs went with kiosks they went downhill fast. Just try to get someone to come to the counter so that you can ask them for the ketchup or dips you ordered but didnt receive. They’re all way behind the walls in the now hidden kitchen. The Kiosk takes 3 times longer to order than F2F ever did. And it tskes more than three times longer to get your order. And forget about ordering the sides, like ketchup or dips, because you’re not getting them and the “server” is way behind the now-hidden kitchen area before you can open your bag to see what they missed.

Zero atmosphere inside compared to when they used to have more and real table seating. Tables are left with trash and crumbs from the last poor souls who chose to eat here. Employees are constantly chattering behind the wall in the hidden kitchen. They’re walking orders out the door 4 times fast than indoor orders, so I guess even the drive through is too much for them to handle.

The food was hot and decent, and the employees were nice, if you could find them,; but considering the whole experience, I don’t think it’s worth coming back here.

…and like all of their other responses, McD’s wants me to visit their website and perform their quality control for them.

Wish I could give zero stars. I always have issues with this store but only in the afternoon and evening hours. Every time I come here in the morning (which seems to be when their manager is there and actually gives a damn) my order is right and everyone is nice. Today was the last straw because it’s the day after Christmas, I’ve been sick and ordered a spicy mchicken with no mayo. So that means it should come with lettuce as a topping. No. I got a spicy Mchicken with ketchup and pickles. Was looking forward to enjoying my sandwich once I got home, but I can forgot about that. Never coming here again, I’ll just go to the Wendy’s across the street.

Told I’m rude, need to sleep more and how dare I come to this store.?????? Excuse me? This is how the workers talk to customers? Clearly. Sad part was she had her worker take MY DRINK out to another car and then that driver was upset bc it wasn’t even theirs. Worst McDonald’s in Mandeville. Worst McDonald’s around. This worker is the ugliest attitude person I have ever encountered. She’s in a good place- McDonald’s.

Typical situation where the staff ignores and/or abandons the order counter.

After seeing guests waiting to order, I used the kiosk. No number, no printout. So now I’m in the same situation as the people waiting to order. Did it go through?

This is during lunch time 1:30ish on a Friday. Customers make the business succeed. When the service is terrible, the customers quit going, then the business ceases to exist.

Been twice this week, and both times they gave me soda water to drink instead of sprite. I work in Slidell and don’t have time to go back. First trip to McDonald’s was Monday morning and today is Thursday. Thats four days ago. It’s a crying shame their crew hasn’t even noticed or checked the soda levels, carbonation or canisters without being told by their customers. Which leads me to believe other things are being neglected. Check your order out before you leave if you dont have time for a second trip.. I have both receipts to back it up.

Got in line at 5:27pm, couldn’t back out because 1 car in front and 1 in rear of me (inside lane); RIDICULOUS, at 6:02 the car in front finally drove off, I pulled to 1st window. I was told:

We only have 3 people working (owners and upper management fault in my opinion, not the kids working here).

Anyway the old grey head lady in there is going to be the fall of this location SHE WAS RUDE!

I was charged an up charge fee for a medium Sprite ( I ordered sweet tea; I was given a medium sweet tea); we I asked manager about it she became argumentative. She refused my requested large sweet tea and gave me twenty cents, no apologies JUST evil eyes… the kids were obviously embarrassed and said she’s always like that and that’s why people quit. I was ordering this food for someone else and I will not be returning to this location… I recall last year same scenario but she was rude to the person ahead of me…

Replace her and clean the facility or close it- her customer service skills are NON EXISTING. And she’s a bad example for the employees and certainly a bad representation of fast food workers. Ronald McDonald would faint at this experience! Rated 0

i ordered a smoothie and there was literal mold in it. So i asked for a different drink in place and the refund for the rest and was told i could only get a full refund or another drink that was cheaper.

For some reason, this location is always slow. They always have to park me and bring me my food 15 minutes later.

Stopped by again today because it’s the closest one to Castine Center. Not surprising, I was parked again, along with everyone before and after me.
