I can’t say I will never come here again. I will go to a different McDonald’s the manager that is up there don’t know how to run her employees. They were laughing and having fun in conversation. I get some people do that at work, but you’re still at work and I was waiting for my food for 15-20 minutes . I didn’t hear nothing didn’t see nothing. They didn’t say no employee out so let me know my fries were being made. Tell me something.

i ordered on the mobile app and it said my order was ready. so i walked in and it took them 20 minutes to even acknowledge me to ask what i needed. then when i went to go eat my food, the chicken nuggets were not cooked, wet, and slimy. i couldn’t even finish a bite of them. i’m very very upset with this. ESPECIALLY at the fact that when they acknowledged me, they still hadn’t gotten my order together.

The lobby is mostly clean, maybe a few crumbs on the floor. The bathroom garbage cans stay full of trash. The toilets are dirty. The same dirt and two fake eyelashes are still sitting on the sink counter where they were last week when i visited (#4) location. The kitchen is clean. And the customer service here is excellent! The manager at this location can do so much better the ladies’ bathroom. There are 3 shifts in a day from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week. One worker in one shift can perform this task of cleanliness. Results over excuses.

If I could give a zero rating I would. My father purchased food from your location this morning, but never received his order. When he asked for a refund, he was told he couldn’t get one. So he couldn’t get his food and couldn’t get his money back. Thievery. What kind of foolishness is that!

I would give this place a zero. Recently moved to Covington and every experience has been a joke. I was served cold patties tonight. You heard it right no attempt to heat my order. Since they’ve made it impossible to get your money back . Just absolutely gross food and gross customers service

I always order through the app at least 20 minutes from pickup. Every time I arrive the order is not ready. I’m asked to pull ahead and wait another 10-15 minutes. There’s no excuse for this. It begins with lazy and inept management then trickles down to the line workers.
