Ordered food at the kiosk and after it was done, it was just tossed on the counter without notification that it was mine. Had to read the receipt. Ordered 2 of the spicy wraps and a medium fry, an hour later, threw everything up. Almost sure the chicken in one of them wasn’t cooked all the way. Was the only thing I’d eaten today.
11/18/2025: Adding a star NOT FOR THIS LOCATION specifically, but to McDonald’s for reaching out immediately to look into & resolve my concern. Been eating Mickey D’s since I was a kid and this was a first, and hopefully a last. Much appreciated for that, but still won’t eat at this location again. LaSalle in Mandeville is my go-back-to. Eaten there plenty of times and never once got sick & they’re more attentive to their customers & speed.

Drive thru on 7/30 was a bad experience. I put in a mobile order and had to ask for the correct drink and a missing medium fry after checking the bag. After we left, my daughter noticed her chicken nugget box was just filled with ketchup. Called the store number to let them know this happened, but I didn’t get an answer. Mobile app does not provide a way to ask for a refund either.
Food that we did get was on par with other McDonald’s.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. They “stopped” taking orders but failed to tell any of the customers that. We sat at the drive thru for over 20 minutes with no one on the speaker. When we went inside everyone working stared at us. After 10 minutes one woman finally came to the front and said we had to go back in line because she “can’t give us the food if we mobile ordered it unless it’s through the drive through.” Genuinely worst experience ever. These workers need lessons in customer service asap.

I waited 10 minutes for ONE damn sausage McGriddle while everybody else in the drive thru was eating good. I called to ask what the hell was going on and they hung up in my face. This place is rude, lazy, and downright trash. Don’t waste your time or your money. Mind you they still have my money when i have no McGriddle

Ordered breakfast at 10:00am, waited. Watched others get their food. Couldnt get a manger until 10:45 to be told theu didnt make our food because breakfast ends at 1030, then gave an attitude on top of it. If you want to waste your time, this is the place. Also, the kitchen looks like a whole health code violation

Too many problems. Lack of communication skills in this store make problem solving very complicated. Lady asked if the meat was hot or the sauce on a spicy chicken wrap legitimate question. 8 minutes later the customer gave up an ordered something different. I love the mcchicken sandwich but this one was so sloppy I had to use napkins to wipe it down before I could eat. After listening to three other customers have a problem and management inability to clearly understand or communicate was definitely an issue.

Service is always horrible ive never had a good experience definitely won’t be back. Its not the food only the workers. Tonight customer service was lacking so much I literally just asked for a complete refund enough is enough
