I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app for Drive Thru pick up. I sat in the drive thru line for a good 24mins. Once I got to the payment window I asked if I can add a sandwich to my order, I was informed that I would have to drive around and get back in line or I can place another mobile order for pick up.
No problem I placed a mobile order for curb side pick up so I wouldn’t have to wait in that 20-30min wait time line. I sat in my car in spot 2 for 36mins! (I timed it) waiting for my order to come out.
Once I realized my order wasn’t coming out anytime soon I drove around got into the drive thru line for another 15-20mins.
I got to the pick up window and told them that I had curbside pickup but no one ever brought my order out. The employee then laughed and yelled to the other employee that “Spot 2 is at the window”. The other employee came over with my order laughing and ask me “Why would you think we would come out and bring this to you car?” I told her because I placed a CURBSIDE PICKUP Order. She then slammed the window in my face and walked off. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life and I have been to many States and Countries. They act like you bothering them for making them do their job. Oh and of course all of my food was cold after all that time. I couldn’t even eat it.

This is the most unorganized McDonald’s I have ever been to. What is the point of two ordering lanes when only one person is taking the orders. It took almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and I would have left if it wasn’t for my child. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s location. Would have put 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

Stopped in to get something quick to eat and ended up being there for an hour! Fries were cold, they were out of a bunch of items, bathrooms were gross, and service sucked! This location could benefit from some oversight because the experience is terrible.

NEVER EVER will we return to this McDonald’s the manager was screaming and cursing her own employees cursing after she shut the drive threw window she had a couple of employees come in to work told them she didn’t need them yet drive threw backed up lobby waiting and orders not correct the way that manager behaved was absolutely unacceptable the employees were great though trying so hard to take care of the customers

Moved to Amite in May. Probably eat here twice a month on average but up to six times a month. This time will be the last. Wife ordered an egg mcmuffin, 2 hash browns and a large drink. She was given a small drink, and we check the egg mcmuffin because previously she got an egg mcgriddle instead. Because by this point every single ordere has been screwed up. Get home food is cold and missing a hashbrown. She gets through most her egg mcmuffin then bites into something hard. There was egg shell in her food. I recommend not going to this mcdonalds and taking the drive to any other mcdonalds.

I popped in to potty. Was gonna get a little mc-something. But the shape of the restroom was DEPLORABLE! Now how many complaint reviews have I ever left. Maby 2 since the invention of Google. But the toilets were ringed with Grey filth and STANK. Yall know the smell. Like unkle floyds bathroom. NEVER CLEANED! The faucet was broken. The blowers are broken! I can’t even dry my hands,and you KNOW…. not one paper towel.
Now if the bathroom is this neglected, what must the kitchen be like?
I will be getting my food elsewhere.
