I actually can’t rate the food here. I never got it. I walked in with my sister in a wheelchair and ordered from the kiosk then went to pay we were using cash. No one ever acknowledged that we were there. The employees were busy working the drive through and one person got their door dash order. We waited 30 mins. We were never served I got frustrated so we left with out getting anything to eat. If someone would have just said “Hello we will be with you as soon as possible” it would have been better than not acknowledging us at all.

The ATTITUDE on some of these ladies is beyond me. I never give fast food workers trouble but for some reason the ladies at this McDs are always so rude. I don’t expect top notch service but being told “i said hold on” when greeting them is crazy.

This was the funniest case of willful ignorance ever! I ordered a two cheeseburger meal only ketchup. I got one correct and the other was a hot and spicy only ketchup in a cheeseburger wrapper. Like the kitchen decided I needed a variety pack or they don’t know the difference between chicken and beef.

What a way to ruin our Thanksgiving tradition, getting McDonald’s and going to the park as a family, and enjoying our day just to be completely yelled at at the drive through continuously yelling are you done yet, and then to be completely ignored at the window, and not even able to pay for food, we eventually left absolutely ridiculous. Placed a mobile order for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 drinks.
One drink had to be substituted because they didn’t have what we ordered. The bag was handed to us missing one food item and the woman working the window seemed annoyed when we asked for the missing item. Had to ask for a missing drink too. Finally got everything home to discover 2 of the 4 sandwiches were the completely wrong item. The coke was also flat and sickly sweet.
This was our first time coming here and it will be our last, due to the messed up order and lack of professionalism.

Very rude and would not do her job. I had a mobile order (half of her job was done for her) she asked me for the code I gave her the code and she even told me my name and then she said that the mobile order was down and been down for a week and I needed to cancel me order. If it was down then how did she see may name and code? This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.
