This is by far the worst fast food location I have ever ordered from. The workers, from my experience, are some of the rudest and laziest people imaginable. There have been multiple occasions where I was waiting in the drive through for around an hour. There have also been multiple occasions where employees, once confronted over poor service, whether that be missing food, wrong food, or lack of service altogether, have reacted in ways humans should not treat one another. It really does take a lot for me to write a bad review nowadays, but this location drove me to it. And they absolutely deserve it. It surprises me that nothing has been done about this madness by now.

Morning shift has this one lady that has the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. She’s aware that her attitude is negative and obviously doesn’t care about being reported. Lunch shift is awesome! Food is ok.

I liked it. One our favorite things are hot items from the McCafe menu, but one or more of their coffee machines were broken, so we were out of luck. This was the 3rd franchise of 4 we had tried where the McCafe hot drinks were not available. Worse, this fact was not updated on the mobile app so no way to tell before stopping. In two of the three cases it didn’t show up on the in-store kiosk either, resulting in having to get a refund at the counter which is very time consuming and inconvenient.
