The moment you walk in the door it smelt like BATHROOM!! Make you not even want to eat! Also, when we walked in the kitchen staff was outside, everyone deserved a break but I know and saw no one go wash they hands. Also the other stuff was all sitting around in the lobby and the drink counter was full of drink and trash! While they had down time they could have been cleaning up!

It Was The night after Christmas They were not answering The Intercoms,I watched 5 or more cars leave.I switched to other Intercom Still No Answer. I had to drive around in order inside Took over 20mins to order & Even Door dasher waited longer than me. I Honestly felt bad for the Employees They were Truly Doing their Best. I don’t go much but it never took that long,Also They are Very Professional & Always Said have a great day.( you don’t get that much Kindness These days) Didn’t help when People were screaming saying they would Do Their Jobs for them. I would’ve put all 5 Stars they were way understaffed.

Was at the speaker for 20 minutes before someone finally said something then told me to hold plz there was only 2 cars at the windows and they were helping the other line even tho I had been there 1st. I did leave along with another person in line behind me due to poor service. As I drove around I could see employees playing in their phones instead of working.
