I would love to actually give no stars. This is by far the worst McDonald’s anywhere I have ever been. I lived here all my life. I really do not know how this McDonald’s is still open. You wait from thirty minutes to an hour to get your food and it is NEVER right. I WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE IN LINE. How can you mess up on one order. We keep saying we’re going to give them another chance. Not anymore. Please shut this place down.

I ordered deluxe crispy chicken and large fries. They didnt salt the fries or even dress the sandwich. Didn’t even get ketchup in the bag. This fast food is not fast either. Waited nearly half an hour !!. The people at the window were not even friend or welcoming.

Every single time I try and give this place another shot, it’s terrible. Today I walked in to it looking like a hurricane came through, nonstop alarms in the kitchen, then they completely refused to take my order at the counter when I explained their ragged automated machines weren’t working correctly. They insisted they were too busy and that I HAD to use the machine, so I just left. Go literally anywhere else.

This is the response I sent to corporate.
“When I pulled up the recording is very confusing on whether I can actually order or the employee is not ready. I ordered without issue. I waited several minutes in line for food to be given to the 3 cars in front of me. When I made it to the window they gave me the wrong order, I sent it back and they all acted confused. I’m not sure how they even got it wrong being this McDonald’s only has one drive through. Finally get my correct order and on bite 3 I have something hung up on my tongue. Which turned out to be a hair approximately 4-6” long. After which I couldn’t trust any of my food and threw it all back in the bag and proceeded to dry heave my guts out for approximately 8-10 minutes. My kids love McDonalds, I even like you guys a lot of the time. But your customer service and food quality is so garbage at these locations around Louisiana it’s pitiful. I’ll never again stop at that restaurant. They’re unprofessional, lack empathy for the customer, and are outright terrible at their job and you allow it. You should be ashamed to have such a wide variety of customer service at your locations. Most of which are bad. I frequent McDonalds pretty often. Usually a few times a week, and I’m honestly not sure why I continue to patronize your business. Get better. This is the second corperate review I’ve had to do in a week, and i put up with a lot of tomfoolery, but this is getting out of hand. “

Family went in to order. We were sitting down. I was going to order from my app. From the time we got in there was nothing but cursing. One of the employees had saw us. This is very unprofessional behavior. I let them know and left. I didn’t order and I will not be back. I had 4 children with me. That’s horrible behavior especially in a public restaurant. Not everyone is rasing rachet disrespectful kids, but for us to stay and excuse the behavior is like saying it’s ok. IT’S NOT OK!
