If you own McDonald’s stock, you should have sold them before allowing them to install this kiosk.
Fewer employees, but at what cost??? The few employees they do have were too busy on their phones or had ear bud’s in so they could’nt hear you asking for assistance.
Tables are NOT wiped off.
No napkins are available.
No ketchup is available.
No condiments of any kind offered..
TV’s turned off.
No Rrefills on drinks… Seriously, EVERY restaurant gives drink refills except this one..
NO Customers……
And this one won’t be back…
Go someplace else, this company will be closing their doors soon…
I wouldn’t have come here if I wasn’t having work done across the street, and it was the only thing available.
But I will never come back…

The manager was being incredibly rude to a young man called Henry who helped me, as a tourist, he took the time to make sure I understood how things worked, she was belittling and I would never go to a branch she was in charge of again. I felt sorry for her staff, she obviously had favourites but ignored that the staff who helped me were going above and beyond, I want to thank Henry for all he did to make us feel at home

It’s always a funny smell a lot of attitude and wrong orders I just came today for a quick $5 meal my bread is hard my meat cold it look old last time I came for breakfast my egg looked like it had been dropped on the floor n put on my food wasn’t able to come back or complain I was at work by time I checked my food you guys phone disconnected anyway

I came there today to get a steak, eggs & cheees McMuffin with a sweet tea and lemonade mixed and this has to be the worst quality breakfast ever, then you can’t call to let them know cause the phone states disconnected, horrible

I ordered breakfast well ahead of time and when I got to the drive thru at 10:31 “breakfast was over”. I have already ordered and paid for my meals and how do you not serve it? Every time I come to this location it’s always something. Whether it’s attitude, no particular food item or the longest wait for a simple cheeseburger and fries. I’m sick of it. This McDonald’s is outrageous and I can’t wait for someone to actually do something about it.

Great experience! Used the electronic board to order food. Quarter pounder came our perfectly hot and just as I ordered. No pickles or pickle juice cause they pull them off! The cashier was a wonderful help, the restroom had a code on the door, it was so clean and nice. Thanks to her she came and opened it with the code quick! It was an unexpectedly amazing McDonald’s experience! 5 plus to this group of workers!!

This McDonald’s is a classic example of how the food is supposed to be. I have NEVER been let down by this one. The location is very busy during the morning and around 2:00pm till 5ish so prepare to be creative when you’re leaving.
