I had a mobile order that I placed it took me 20 min to get there, when I did the food still wasn’t done and all I ordered was 2 10pc nuggets and a sprite by its self and they had pull to the side and wait a extra 20 min for them to come out and give it to me and the line wasn’t even long. When I got the food , the chicken nuggets were over cooked both 10pc box’s that I ordered and the sprite tasted bad. Like how hard is it to follow a simple piece of paper or screen. Like it’s common sense and I used to work fast food and it wasn’t hard. It’s not worth going to this place for food

Our order was a Quarter pounder w bacon, and an original chicken sandwich combo meals. Both meals and staff were fun and friendly!
We ate inside, laughed, and talked with the managers and staff. The food was hot, made super fresh, and it was delicious. 100% Best McDonald’s I’ve seen!!! They handled the customers with respect, even when they were being yelled at by the rude ones that, “Didn’t know they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30A.M.” c’mon man EVERYONE KNOWS breakfast ends at 10:30A.M!!!

I visited the restaurant to pickup a mobile order on 03/01/2025. Got home and both of my quarter pounders were completely raw on the inside. Called the store and spoke with a manager named Candy and was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was a mobile order and she didn’t know how. Keep in mind…this is a “Manager”. She said and I quote “They don’t teach you everything”.
Stay away from this store. Incompetent staff serving raw food and a worthless managerial staff.

The last time I checked when you order large fries you don’t fill it half way, that would be considered a medium. Just left there and yes the fries were hot, but did not get enough in the sleeve at all.

Family wanted McDonald’s from Luling Louisiana location Sunday 7/27/25. It was disgusting! Food was like it was leftover from lunch. Took forever for these young kids working to get order together and ended up being wasted money.
