The other reviews are completely true, I’ve never seen worse employees in my life. Super rude, order was completely wrong, fries super cold, the buns were rock stale. Employees had random people behind the counter and kitchen taking food. These people should all be fired. If this is your franchise you need to consider a fresh start at your location.

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star. The staff is so bad. Long time wait. Come prepare to wait at least thirty minutes for a freaking order. This is very frustrating. Then I received my order with my burgers half unwrapped! Disgusting!

Walked over to grab dinner and one of the employees was standing in the parking lot literally just screaming at the top of his lungs. He sees me walks in, I place my order and he heads straight back to the make table, proceeds to get his cell phone out and literally lag across the table. As I was leaving I looked into the drive thru window only to see that someone had taken off their shirt and it was on the the side of the make table. Get to my truck, pour my fries out and immediately start seeing the hairs. No way I’d come back here.

There’s a lake or like a pond or something at the entry. You have to enter by jet ski, kayak, or a boat and if not you are going to dirty your car. Real bad ! The water is deep. I don’t know why McDonalds don’t fix this. It’s been like that for weeks now. My sugar was low and I was in desperate need of food so I had to drive thru it right after I washed my car. That hot n spicy costed me another car wash! There goes the value meal. So sad.

This McDonald’s in Laplace LA on Airline next to Walmart is the only McDonald’s that treats me bad, and never had anything I Ask..they treat me wrong. Its not just me many people complain of their staff. They are very rude. They supposed to open at a certain time and they really start about 45 min later. I live in Laplace, but Im going to stop coming, Im gonna have to go to another location, its been too many incidents already. Im a Hispanic so, I feel they are being racist/discriminating me. I asked my food thru the speaker and they tell me to pull over to the window to pay, and its there when they tell me oh sorry we dont have this that whatever I order. One time I asked for an M&M mcflury n the cup was 95% of M&Ms n the top part had the ice cream covering them …I started driving was already 10min away when I started eating it n noticed it…..Omg They never have Caramel Machiatos at any time of the day I go morning afternoon night, they never have pies either, they give me the wrong burgers …either that or they tell me they run out of what I order… it takes me a while to go back thinking its going to be different but no. So, today was my last attempt. Bye McDonald’s in Laplace LA.

I ordered at 2:07, only two cars in front of me. I pull up to the window and they ask me to go park in the drive thru spot to wait for my order. It was a simple order, just a double quarter pounder meal. As I waited, three cars behind me received their food. I didn’t get my order until 2:25!!! Then my fries were over cooked and all were small, like I got the bottom of the bag! Completely unacceptable having to wait almost 20 minutes for such a simple order!!

Staff are here to avoid work. Will walk right past 5 ppl at the counter won’t say a word
You can be here for 10 minutes with out a single employee saying a word to you. 25 min wait for service if you get it at all.

Waited 30+ minutes for a sandwich then another 10 to try and get a refund. Avoid at 5pm i guess. Have ate here many times for breakfast and never had this problem
